Been all over the Chicagoland area in and out of sports cards/memorabilia shops throughout the years. I'll say Elite Cards is top of the line. When I say "top of the line", I mean both Ronnie & Gary buy-sell-trade with integrity. Wealth of knowledge in the industry. It's not just about making a "sale" with these guys, they're in it because they love what they do! A lot of shops I've been too, I've always picked up on the used car salesman vibe but not here. Straight shooters, no sugar coating, and or over inflating value on products they have. Simply tell them what you're trying to accomplish and they'll help you get there!Thanks guys!

Best Card Shop in Chicago! Ronnie is a fixture in the community and just a great person. Honest and knowledgeable! I love Elite and will visit whenever I can!

I took my two sons to the shop on Irving Park, and the owner spent an hour talking to them about cards, Chicago sports, and grading cards. Not only was he was so helpful and kind, he was also quite generous. It was my older son’s birthday, and the wonder gifted him and my younger son some cool cards. What an awesome place! The kids love it there!

It’s great to see a card shop on my way home that sells my favorite TCG. Easy in and out process, greeted when I walked in, was helped and checked out with ease. I’ll be back for sure.

Nice store! Gary helped me out and was very knowledgeable about basketball and cards. I ended up picking up a few packs as well as a couple singles, and i definitely felt like I was treated very fair! Will be back tomorrow to check out the location on Montrose.

I'm not sure how this place is rated as highly as it is. Keep in mind that most of the interior photos posted for this location are actually of its sister location on Montrose.There is next to nothing to look at here. The showcases are almost empty, there are almost no loose card singles to sift through, memorabilia is minimal. Also, their selection of boxes were largely retail and marked up near double.The man working was initially very nice and pointed out what they did have. I bought nothing though. When I was leaving I thanked him, in response he gave me a very sarcastic sounding "yeah, ok bye." like a thanks for nothing sort of thing. Didn't really appreciate that. Just cemented that I won't make any plans to come back here.

Awful. Spoke with a worker and we came up with a deal. He ask the boss, who I assume is Ronnie, cancelled the deal and offered me $150 (for something worth $900).Sucks for them. I sold the item for $1k later that day.Beware. Prices are ridiculous.Worker was great though lol
