This shop is awesome! I had an attempted theft on my car that completely ruined the steering console and my back window. My insurance company recommended Elite and I’m so glad they did! The tow that was originally booked by my insurance was taking forever to come out and pick it up. The Elite team reached out to me to ask when I was planning on bringing the car in and I told them I was waiting on the tow. They immediately offered to send a tow from their shop and bill it to my insurance. I cleared this with State Farm and the tow was outside within an hour. The Elite team was very communicative about the status of my repairs and even completed them early. They gave my car back to me suuuppper clean, too! I’m talking it felt like a brand new car ?All in all, they made a stressful time much easier to navigate. Should I need additional services in the future, I will be booking with Elite on Jarvis.

We needed to have a Hyundai repaired after another attempted theft (#3). The company that repaired the car the first time took 8 weeks to get parts and make repairs, losing trim pieces and parts along the way and requiring us to initiate status calls. Elite On Jarvis was quite the opposite. They were diligent about keeping us informed as the progress of our repairs. They were friendly, accommodating and very professional. Unfortunately, one final element was left undone which caused a minor inconvenience, but it was quickly and permanently addressed at no charge. Thanks guys!

Elite on J. Is such a Hidden Gem!!!. I’m glad I found them. The most respectful, transparent and knowledgeable individuals.This shop is so good that I honestly want to bring my car in for any little thing wrong. I trust them completely!!

Great body shop service here in Northern Chicago, I got my car back in 1 week and it looked brand new. They cleaned my car as well! The people who helped me were nice and informative, they gave me info about the repair process throughout. I'm glad to have found a shop I can trust.

Day one, I drop my car Freddy and his twin immediately ask if I'm interested in selling my car. "That's a twin turbo V8 huh" Freddy shop manager asks. Then tells me him and his twin are big BMW guys... Shop lies. Brought my car in for a t-bone passenger side only non liable accident. They have ZERO QA PROCESS. The shop called me 5x's to come get my car only to find nobody checked the work. 3rd time they damaged my car's front end. My car's original issues were solely on the passenger side. They're a preferred State Farm body shop so they have lots to lose. They even rushed the cover-up repairs for the front end damage they attempted to blame on a tow truck. Am I a spurned customer? Absolutely. But I've got objective proof. Check out my pics before you ever do business here.

The staff at Elite on Jarvis always answered the phone and my questions promptly and were very friendly. I utilized their tow and shop for service. They offer text updates of your repair, so I was always in the loop. They offer lifetime warranty on all their repairs/parts so it's an added peace of mind.

Over priced for cheap jobs call this place the bikini bottom cause owner is Mr Krabs 2000$ for a scratch got it fixed a few blocks down for 500$ save your self from embarrassment

Went in there trying to get my car fixed they gave me the runaround for like two 3 weeks and then at the end they just told me that they didn't want to work on my car so instead of me investing time into finding a mechanic that could work on my car they wasted my time for nothing
