We highly recommend Eli Masud and his team (shout out to Regan Grabill)! Our entire process from first meeting to closing day was flawless with their timeliness, expertise, and attention to detail. Eli managed the complexities of the high-rise market with knowledge and skill. Our condo was prepped for sale at minimal cost, priced right, and sold in a week. Eli is honest, diligent, and transparent. He and Regan were a pleasure to work with. We give them a 10 out of 10 rating!

Absolutely one of the best agents in the Chicago area. Eli Masud and Regan Grabill were two of the most professional agents we could have hoped to work with in selling our condo in Old Town. The sheer professionalism, incredible timelines or communication, and availability to answer questions and share feedback were second to none.

Eli, Sal, and the whole SCA team were top notch. The process of selling was as smooth as could be with them. They coordinated photos, cleaners, etc… which took a lot of the work we expected to have to handle off our plate. Best of all they were able to get our condo under contract in under 24 hours on the market, and at a price point higher than we initially expected. I would definitely recommend partnering with SCA if you are looking to buy or sell.

We recently closed a sale on a condo in the Gold Coast . Eli was our agent after having watched him quickly sell a neighbors unit. I really can't say enough positive thoughts about working with him and his team. Not only did we find a first rate realtor in a sea of many but someone I would be proud to call my friend. He is incredibly thorough and professional yet sensitive to the stress that marketing a home can bring to the owner. We never once felt pressured in any way. His advice with the sale was spot on..His expertise and professionalism clearly speak volumes. Best of all was knowing he was completely trustworthy always putting our needs first. Working with Eli was a 5 star experience. He is easy to work with and provided well thought out pricing suggestions when listing our condo. Communications were quick, decisive, and informative.We were in need of a very quick turnaround when listing our condo and Eli delivered. He used his connections to get our place painted and cleaned in record time, put together a high-traffic open house, and closed the deal 3 weeks later for over asking!

We had a great experience working with Eli to buy our Logan Square home and sell our River North condo. He put zero pressure on us to pursue properties that did not meet our criteria, which was my primary concern in a challenging market for buyers. We very much appreciated his insight into the appropriateness of list prices as well as how a home may fit into our budget after considering additional costs we would potentially take on with day one projects. Most importantly, we would not have been able to find our house without his marketing efforts since he reached out proactively to potential sellers in our target neighborhood to seek out opportunities beyond MLS listings. When selling, Eli neither pressured us to take the first (underwhelming) offer on our condo nor pushed to lower price based on his read of the market at the time. Ultimately, we received a better outcome by being patient for better offers.

Let me save you some time. You’ve found your realtor! I would say you’d be hard-pressed to find someone better but that’s lending credence to the possibility that one exists; they don’t. Eli is the perfect balance of professional, personal, perceptive, and passionate. He understands the market, the people, and your perfect fit. He will always be honest, even if it’s at odds with his personal interests. We couldn’t be more excited about our recent purchase and we owe that to Eli.

My wife and I just recently closed on a home in Glenview with the amazing help of Eli and his colleague Tyler. The home buying process, especially in the current housing market, is incredibly stressful. Eli and the Second City team made the home search and closing process a breeze. Eli and his team know the Chicago and surrounding suburban markets better than anyone. Compass and Second City Agent should be embarrassed to be associated with Eli Masud. I was close to listing my house when Eli approached me with a possible buyer. We quickly agreed on a very reasonable sales price and I even made concessions so buyers could move in earlier than I would have liked. After the sale Eli contacted me to tell me what a horrible person I was to work with (because I would not let him bully me to concede everything he wanted.) Then he suggested I was d*** for not asking more for the house. Who does that?
