Been coming to to this Mexican restaurant for over 7 yrs. On a regular basis. I’ve been calling this restaurant for over four weeks trying to place an order. I live on the Southside there on the East side so why not place ahead! Voicemail full no voice recording left for the patrons decided to take the drive over east to find they posted on the restaurant door that they were closed for remodeling. Thanks for the heads up y’all.

My favorite Mexican spot in Chicago. The food is absolutely good. Seasoning is just right. Sometimes depending on the cook the portions is not that great. But that's the only flaw.

They took forever to make ONE taco.. Then when I asked for a refund because I needed to go & only got the horchata! She tried to tell me no refunds (which I only wanted for the item I didn’t get), idk who that new little girl is working there but she is going to cause trouble thinking it’s funny when a customer has gotten frustrated. Legit not coming back here again.

The tacos are good, we're new to the neighborhood so I'm glad we found a place we all liked. The steak and chicharron tacos were great. The chicken taco was really bland. I wouldn't order it again. The salsas are both really good and flavorful. Not extremely spicy but they have a kick.

I will not rate this place a 1 simply because there were some things out of their control. I made my order through yelp directly and only after I paid did it say it would be about a 40 minute wait. That is not the restaurant's fault but yelp's fault. I'm nice I got there to pick up my order there were 3 people in front of me. I waited 30 minutes before giving up and just going to the counter. They took 1 customer every 10 minutes it felt like. By the time I got my food it was cold so I can't really rate how it tasted. The steak taco was good having been cold, very seasoned. The chicken taco I didn't enjoy, it was filled with onions after I'd asked for no onions, it was dry and not very seasoned. To note on the wait, I made the mistake of going after school had let out and it was full of teenagers. There was 2 girl at the desk taking orders, answering the phones, and handing out orders. I applaud her because I know it's hard to manage so many things. It may be worth it for this place to have 2 people at the counter.

Order the burrito here and there is no meat in his burrito they give you the amount of meat that Taco Bell gives you Evelyn taking a bite and eating nothing but flower shells and mostly vegetables I ask for my money back they didn't want to give me my money back they didn't want to add any meat I'll pay for avocado it wasn't adding to the burrito you don't get your money's worth here customer service
