Would not recommend.Order was for business delivery and our office closing at 5 pm. That looks ok, per Edible delivery policy. They start prepping order at 4:43. And sending out for delivery at 4:57 pm. Perfectly knowing that delivery will take 30+ min. Unable to reach them before 5 , but picking up phone almost instantly after. Took extra 10 min to request a refund, have to explain 3 times - that delivery location is already closed.Total waist.

The arrangement that my husband’s work sent him after heart surgery was beautiful. Sadly, nearly half of the fruit in the basket was cantaloupe that was nearly inedible because it wasn’t even remotely ripe. The pineapple, strawberries, and honeydew melon were all good, but we ended up throwing all of the cantaloupe away

Terrible terrible customer service. I paid for balloons to be attached to my order 09/06 and they were not delivered. I left multiple vms, sent emails and no one reached back out. Today is 09/20, I called to follow up, Angelica answered the phone and was extremely rude. Did not apologize at all and said she would resend the request and hung up the phone. I asked why the balloons were not attached and she said they could've flown away and the driver wasn't going to drive all the way back. Which is understandable, but no apology? No refund? No call or email back? Will never be ordering again.

WOW! What an improvement!! I recently went into the Michigan location and they have a completely brand new staff. (Store Manager & associates) WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable on arrangements, and pricing. They even offer half off smoothies during the week!! Kudos to the store owner for hiring new people dedicated to positive energy and excellent customer service.

I got a text saying that my mother's day order was out for delivery at 12pm on 5/13. 5:47 pm a lady from the store calls me and said the delivery vehicle broke down and my mother didn't get her gift. I tried to file a complaint and she hung up on me. Thanks for nothing Edible Arrangements.

Didn’t have my order ready on time. Weren’t even apologetic about it, made it seem like it was my fault. Gave me the wrong order and I had to bring it back so they could fix it. “Smoothie machine” (blender? Both of them?) were supposedly broken. Not a good experience.
