It doesn't feel like a cold storage facility. The storage areas are unique. The woman working the front desk is beyond helpful. She gave me free used boxes for my move.

Nice Employees - Clean Building - Affordable - Convenient Location - Everything you could ask for in a storage locker. Hour's are a little short on sundays but I dont blame them. It's just a little hard when you have a 9-5 job to access it when working since theres a small lee way... Amazing regardless.

We have had a storage unit outside of the downtown area for years and finally decided to move it closer to us to provide us the convenience of visiting our stuff when we needed to without having to rent a truck and drive way out there. It was a miracle when we found East Bank!! Not only was the staff, Linda & Jose, the nicest but the property itself was worth 5 stars. Clean, many carts to carry your stuff, carpet throughout (what?), climate controlled, and the loading dock is very convenient, but the topper is the location...IDEAL!! Especially, if you are like us and live only blocks away. What's more important to us, considering we were in our old unit for 9+ years, is the fact that East Bank DOES NOT raise your storage fee after you move in for ONE YEAR...GUARANTEED! WOW!! We would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone. Stop by and check it out before you settle for another. Thank You Jose & Linda! Thank You East Bank!

East Bank Storage on West Lake Street is great! It is clean, extremely well kept, and safe. I sleep well at night knowing that my belongings are safe and sound. And thank you Linda and Mike for being so awesome. Trust me, I did a lot of research visiting other storage facilities, and it was an easy decision to go with this company.

The BEST!! The people who work at East Bank storage are fabulous! Linda is great! And all the guys are so helpful! It's clean, easy to get in and out of if you are going into your storage areas, and a parking lot too! The prices are very competative and I guess I you can say I have been really pleased all the way around! Taking a look I am not the only one who feels they deserve 5 stars! A happy customer of East Bank Storage!
