A standard variety store in Chinatown. We came looking for very specific items and they were able to help us find everything. One specifically was a checkable bag that was at a reasonable price. Souvenirs were also decent. They had a good sticker selection. They had an interesting snack selection that was pricey but cheaper than some surrounding stores.

i was overcharged. they followed me around the store like i was stealing and still couldnt explain how they overcharged me. it's usually cool when i go in here idk what was going on this day but nah

Variety of items for sale like dishes, stationery, bags, clothes and even bamboo plants. Chinese and Japanese cartoon memorabilia. Helpful staff. Large place, many options.

Absolutely terrible place. I have been to this shop many times before and ever since the FIRST time i have been in there it was never pleasant. The workers selectively follow people around the store (mainly poc) and accuse them of stealing. Not only that but they also over charge you for things you dont buy. Please make sure to check your receipt and ask for prices. The real thief's are them and not the poc customers. I have seen so many people steal from their store but they most likely didn’t even notice because they were too busy tailing the poc. Me and the people i was with had our hands CLUTCHED IN FRONT OF US and they STILL followed us. The outright racism these workers have is disgusting. If you are not white or asian, they are right behind you.

every time ive been in this store ive been followed around. i have walked around i. the store with my hands up and am still followed. i swear ive seen other people stealing but they were too busy following me that they didnt notice. dont come here if your black bc u wont have a comfortable or great shopping experience.

Good and neat looking silverware and pottery but they keep turtles in small cages hence I will not come here again. Please stop this unnecessary animal torture

You can find souvenirs at the right price . Don't take anything inside Chicago just go to Chinatown there a lot of shops

I've been there many times for all my bamboo plants & vases. I wish they had a website to order from because I've moved away & can't visit whenever I choose. Best prices anywhere. The staff are very helpful.

My boyfriend got racially profiled by an employee who accused him of stealing and made him empty his (empty) pockets. That smug shell of a woman did not even apologize after finding out she was wrong, she just glared at us. How insane do you have to be to think this is an okay way to treat anybody. Literal worms for brains. We won’t be coming back here.

Great place for souvenirs! They have lots of selections and varieties at a really reasonable price! The qualities are the same! Besides souvenirs, you can find many other kids trendy stuff as well, like those keychains for the backpack! So many cute ones that may kids want to get them all!Very helpful staff though they don’t speak English well, or none. Thus sometimes, their facial expressions might seem rude (like rolling their eyes) or unfriendly, but they are just trying their best in my opinion as I’m also a foreigner, I can definitely relay.Go shop there if you are im Chinatown, you will be surprised!

I really like coming here to check out all the sanrio items and they do have a bunch of cool things. I've been to this shop a couple of times and have never experienced anything like this.. So my boyfriend and I enter the store and I notice a lady that works here is following us around. At first I thought she was around just if we had questions but as time continues passing.. every aisle we go to, she also follows and pretends she is fixing something in the aisle. It made the experience for my boyfriend and I weird because we felt no privacy. I'm not sure if this has to do with race because my boyfriend and I are hispanic, but regardless.. it was very uncomfortable to be followed around by a worker for almost an hour..
