Terrible service, I brought a belt just by putting a button on the expensive leather belt and they damaged it, they burned it and they didn't even tell me what they had done and if I don't realize it, they don't tell me and they didn't do anything and they didn't even know who He was the manager, and no one said anything about what happened, not even an apology. The tape was burned and damaged. I do not recommend it, it is a terrible service.

They have a large variety of cowboy hats , boots , ARIAT . Bilingual helpful staff. Great range of prices for your budget . Definitely Recommend it if you don’t want to waste time comparing.

I went in there bought 2 shirts, the workers there were pushy, cant take my time looking for a shirt, i dont think they like helping out customers in general finding them what they want or even bringing down shirts from on top or even trying out a shirt or a fact couple of the
, if im going to apend 70.00 on a shirt or maybe 3 you would think your definitely going to try it on before u buy right, well since they have to put it back nicely folded or hang it back up, its like to much work for them, totally understand, but i still want to try it out before i spend money okay..then when i was checking out the girl was bussy on her phone she rung me up and threw my reciept at me and i even swore out loud wdf...this is how you treat customers damm.

Comming back to this one..theres more other stores out there and the experience sucked..i just wanted to buy couple of shirts and it was my first time there..

Out of so many places where you can find Cowboy clothing, this is the worst. I walked in and didn't see anyone for 20 minutes. I just had to look for the palm hat sizes I needed. Since I found them and was ready to pay for them, my wife asked to use the bathroom. I know how things are on 26th, there are no public bathrooms. I explained this to them and that they please do us the favor of using it. They continued to refuse, it was broken. You should have seen the faces they made when I asked them "so what do you do when you feel like going to the bathroom?" They remained silent... after knowing that I was about to buy 5 hats, at an approximate total cost of $450 dollars, they did not want to lend my wife the bathroom. I imagine that a business owner would not treat people like that. And I write this review so that the owner takes care of those people. This happened on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 11.
Chicago has quite a few Cowboy clothing places of the same quality and better prices. I learned it after leaving this establishment. Go to OK Corral or Cermak, there are quite a few. Even at La Discount Mall in La Villita or La Supermall in Pulaski... don't waste your time here.

We all should know better that a place that has so much advertisement specifically on a radio station is going to be very expensive. I come from Southern California, and 3 Hermanos store is very expensive when it comes to cowboys clothing. So many people rather go to small family owned businesses. They have better prices and their personel will work with you and help you in whatever it is you need. Durango Western wear is overrated anyways

A week ago I came upon this establishment, by accident and I was quite excited. I had finally found a place with a variety and as I read great reviews. When I stopped to shop and look at inventory. I also asked about wholesale information. The employees then directed me to the main register. The lady at the register firmly said in order to buy in wholesale all you need to do is buy $500 worth of product, and a discount would apply to the checkout. Nothing more or less was said. Today as I was trying to make my wholesale purchases I was given nothing but excuses on wholesale purchase. Needless to say I finally was upset and very displeased with the attitude of the lady at the register and the many excuses I was given not to be considered a wholesale buyer! I definitely will not be back, nor recommend this establishment to any one who is looking for wholesale prices. You will definitely get mislead information, and a very rude tone!

Be careful going in this place. They charge taxes on anything and everything such as the service for fixing or cleaning your cowboy hat. Should be a flat fee. I spent $300 on a pair of boots and I was still charged $5 on two tiny screws I've mentioned my belt was missing. Felt the greed.

This store has really great products. We came for a hat and they've got an extensive collection for really good prices. They're all different colors, materials, brands - you really can't go wrong. They also had boots, belts, gear, clothing, belt buckles - honestly if you need anything in that area just stop here. The staff is really kind and helpful and the store is really clean and well organized. I'm coming back when I can to get a hat for myself.
