I was delighted. They completely tuned my bike and installed a new chain, did the work promptly, and charged a fair price. I could not have been happier with the service or the quality of the work. Highly recommended for bike repairs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love my ebike and had a flat tire and messed up the electric capabilities. After searching around my local business, of which none would service it; I found DS Bicycles! Although they are about 30 mins from me, it was worth the trip. David was extremely patient until he found the solution. If fact, he improved my bike. The price was reasonable, and such a quick turnaround.
I'm glad to have a resource, if needed, in the future

WE AGREED TO 80$ I WAS CHARGED 100$ FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF 2 INNERTUBES AND 8 SPOKES. I ASKED FOR STEEL VALVE STEM GOT STANDARD. MY SPOKES ARE ALL BLACK EXCEPT FOR THE 8 THAT WERE REPLACED. I DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE OR THIS COUNTARY. PS LEAST U COULD VE DONE WAS FILL THE CORRECT PSI

Most bike shops look at electric bikes and send you back out the door. Sometimes it is 'bike elitism' because they think having a pedal assisted bike makes you less authentic, and sometimes the bitter ski cap dude has no idea how to fix it.
David at DS was working on three different e-bikes and scooters the afternoon I came in. When I mentioned I didn't live in the area he offered to fix my bike while I waited, and my main request turned into four different repairs, some of which David pointed out for safety reasons. At first I thought it was an excuse to charge more money, but when the bill arrived, it was less than I typically pay for a traditional bike.
There were a couple of tricky spots in the repairs, and Danny, the owner, was able to find solutions without telling me to order parts or giving up.
I have zero doubt they can handle regular bikes, but their willingness, and frankly, enthusiasm to work on any two wheeled vehicle that is electric was a welcome relief after years of dealing with snobbish bike mechanics.

The technician was awesome! Very informative and knowledgeable. Helped me get my Nami Burn E 2 up and running in no time! He was also able to spot small cracks in frame and help inform me how to proceed. Absolutely will be visiting again ?
