We had a U-Haul reservation a couple days in advance for this spot. They were not there and had the audacity to not even pick up the phone! We could of at least been notified that they couldn't do 7am. Why agree to work with a company and not comply with their commercializedclaims?

1st - it's great to see a "neighborhood store" run by "neighborhood people" & run well. I prefer to spend my money where I can support Chicago's rising young entrepreneur's. This store always seem to have what I need at a reasonable price. Additionally, the young lady who works in the afternoon has Excellent customer service skills. So before you go spend with "Corporate America" or with someone who will send their money overseas - Support Your Local Business & keep the money in the neighborhood. Dreams Market is a great place to start.
