I'm simply amazed. I've been going this long thinking that realtors don't do much. As it turns out, I've just had horrible realtors. Nick Fallico showed me the light -- that some realtors work really hard, put in countless hours to serve, and go above-and-beyond in taking care of every little detail. I didn't need to step foot in the house after my renter left. Nick met with the renter, grabbed the keys, ensured that the cleaners did a great job, gave me ongoing advice throughout the sale process, and tirelessly showed the house to prospective buyers -- all while I kept working at my office job. It was a completely hands-off process, just like I needed. Everything was just taken care of. He thought of everything! Well worth every penny of his share of that sale -- especially considering that he captured our asking price within just days on the market! Nick is fantastic. He's won a customer for life. Count on Team Fallico!
