They were able to deliver same day when I called in the afternoon. They send a photo of the arrangement via email which is great. Very pleasant, beautiful flowers and great experience.

I loved the European Garden Basket for my friend's mom's visitation. However, the penmanship in the message of the card is left to be desired. I did not appreciate that it was written in sloppy chicken scratch!

I requested a Mother’s Day delivery and the delivery was made the day before Mother’s Day, ruining the surprise. I received confirmation that delivery was made ON Mother’s Day, although the delivery was made the day before. Highly disappointing, for a pricey arrangement.
Edit: the owner called me to discuss and was apologetic. I do appreciate that, and have raised my review to 3 stars, but still believe the deliveries should be made timely.

They were so helpful in making my decision about my flowers. And they were very friendly. I liked getting a photo of the flowers, especially because i live out if the stste.

Lovely as always, Donna's Florist is the only place I go for beautiful arrangements at a good price. My mother was overwhelmed at the fuchsia colored Send Spring Hugs.

I bought flowers for my daughter-in-law's birthday and she loved them, and from the picture she sent me, they were beautiful. Five days later, she said they were as good as when they arrived. I will use this florist again.

Donna's Flowers did an amazing job making an arrangement for my son's engagement party. I showed them a picture of what I wanted.
