Such a professionally run place - the scheduling, the trained and dog-loving walkers, including Danielle who we had this morning and who walked cheerfully in the rain, the pictures and full report every time. I can't imagine how this place could be improved!

We have one happy pup customer. Whether it’s our regular Walker Julia or a sub, our girl Wanda enjoys her daily visit and walk with the Dogs Deserve It Walker. And my wife loves the daily photo she gets.Management is super responsive if there is anything you need.

We love Dogs Deserve It! We have used other walkers before and nothing compares. They are so personable and knowledgeable. Our walker Naomi is truly the best! Our dog is anxious and needs tons of encouragement to get outside even with us. Naomi is loving, patient and always sends us reassuring updates. We look forward to hearing from her every walk! We would recommend Naomi and Dogs Deserve It to anyone especially if your dog is a little more challenging or anxious than the average dog.

I've been using DDI for 6 years and couldn't be more pleased. Not only have they handled my regular walks, but twice this year they have come to my aid during medical issues. I literally called the office from the ER and told them I needed a walker because I hadn't taken the dog out before I was injured. They had someone out in a few hours and walked my dog regularly during my recovery. Jack, Kristina, Gift, Oliver, Claude have done an amazing job of walking the pooch, and helped me by bringing up boxes and opening a jar or two. Highly recommend! Scheduling is easy too with their app.

Dogs deserve it is the best dog walking service in Chicago! They are flexible and always take great care of our dogs. Our dogs love to walk with Rob, he always gives them treats!

We have been using DDI for almost 10 years now. We went through a few services before we found DDI. They have grown since we started with them and their service remains stellar. My dog has a lot of energy and needs people who are engaged with him. Every walker we have had has taken great care with him. Their communication is great and they are always responsive. Jack, has been our dogwalker for awhile and I never worry when he is taking care of him. He is always excited to see him when he comes to the door. DDI definitely stands out!

We are over the moon with our dog walker Logan and our dog sitter Lilly.I couldn't imagine life without these two. I was skeptical and very much a 'first time parent' when it came to entrusting these two with my dogs.Logan is wonderful with my girls, very patient and kind and adapts to their unique needs.Lilly has been a wonderful addition to my dogs circle of friends and she had become like family to us. She sends lots of pictures and I know my dogs are in good hands when I have to leave town.We are truly thankful for the DDI team and they've been a key part to our new adventure in Chicago.

My two senior dogs get walks 3x/week. They are both slow and prefer to sniff their surrounds over going a great distance. Danielle is extremely patient with them and lets them take all the time they need. Highly recommend Dogs Deserve It!

What an incredible organization--you can tell that everyone who works here really loves dogs and that they work hard to make all of the dogs as happy and comfortable as possible. This is especially true for our primary walker, Yaz. Yaz is one of the sweetest people in the world and takes such amazing care of our dog, Lucy. They made Lucy feel safe, loved, and boy do they have fun together ! Not only were we happy to get Lucy a service to get her more exercise, but it was incredible watching Lucy grow so close to and bond with Yaz due to Yaz's amazing dog skills and genuine care for Lucy (and I am sure this is the case with all of Yaz's dogs :) ) ! Dogs Deserve It is such a wonderful group and if you want your dog to have fun, get exercise, feel safe, and--most importantly--feel loved and make new human-friends, then I can't recommend them enough ! Check them out, you won't regret it :)

We have been using DDI for four years now mainly to walk our dog. All the walkers there have always been very flexible, reliable and take great care of our dog and on occasion cat sit for us as well! Highly recommend.

We've used DDI since we moved to Chicago in 2019 and have had nothing but positive experiences. We have a usual walker, although it has changed a few times over the years as their client base shifts. Every walker we've had is fantastic, but we especially love Rachel - Teddy really seems to connect with her and her end of walk notes are always good for a laugh! The service is super professional and reliable. I can only think of one time in 3 years that they've been running late (and they offered to comp that walk, we declined because it was like 20 mins late!), so you can definitely count on them and not worry that your fur baby won't be taken care of. Very thankful for our friends at DDI!

I LOVE THEM. I get detailed updates about my dog's walk and a map of where they went. My dog walkers, Liam and Jack, are the best and they take better photos of my dog than I do. I'm a last minute person and they've gone out of their way to accommodate me.

We love DDI! We trust them because they are responsive and consistent. The level of communication we receive about each walk is incredible. We also love that the Walkers are consistent. We’ve had both Patrick and Jack in the different neighborhoods we’ve lived in and think they are wonderful. Our dog loves his DDI walks and looks forward to them each week.
