This may be a great place for some, but I found it very difficult to schedule an introductory swim. They make you pay up-front - before you can be informed of their schedule (I inquired about the schedule, and their response was "once you have purchased an introductory swim, we can set up a time.") They don't post swim times anywhere (even after you pay) and then they are very slow to respond when you reach out to try to schedule. After repeated requests for scheduling and not hearing back from them, they refused to provide a refund for the swim that I was never able to schedule.

They are unresponsive. I submitted the requested information on May 20, 2024 and they just finally contacted me today on July 10, 2024. After waiting this long, they declined to allow my dogs participate in private swims. My dogs are in hydrotherapy and physical therapy already and was hoping to supplement the strength training exercises. Just glad I didn't purchase any packages because it would have been a waste of money and their prices are not cheap. If they had bothered to read the information I submitted, or contacted me or my vet, they would have realized I was looking to another form of exercise. They just dismissed me in a text a month and a half later recommending hydrotherapy and again if they had bothered to read or contact me they would know they were already doing.

The staff did a lovely job acclimating my small dog to the water today. It was her first time swimming and I was prepared for her to be scared but her swim instructor was so good at encouraging her and helping her that she wanted to go back in the water by the time we left. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you!

Could not recommend Doggy Paddle more. Our lab has been going twice a week for over a year now and it’s his favorite part of the week. For a high energy dog, swimming has been a great supplement to his normal exercise routine, helping him stay in shape while socializing with other dogs. The staff is incredible and you can tell they care. Don’t hesitate to give Doggy Paddle a try (your dog will thank you).

We’ve been taking our pup here for a couple of years now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are incredibly accommodating and sensitive to the unique needs of each dog, which we are very grateful for as the type of swims our pup enjoys has changed over time (more playful vs calm).

My dog loves coming here. We do their daycare program and she comes home so tired and happy at the end. Wonderful spot if you have a high energy dog that loves to swim.

All three of my dogs LOVE Doggy Paddle Aquatic Center. They have done several group swim sessions together now and I can’t wait to take them again! The staff is super friendly and nice (and clearly all dog lovers) and they make sure all of them have a chance to try to get in on their own, they help them swim across (my two nervous ones) and back in the large pool. They have ear cleaning solution and cotton balls, and they also bring fluffy warm towels to dry them off ? oh, and they have life vests if you don’t have any!! If you are considering taking your dog to Doggy Paddle for a test swim, DO IT! Your dog will feel right at home with their help and tons of toys to chase after ❤️

Service is poor. I tried calling 5+ times on multiple days and weeks and nobody answers. I finally got someone to respond by text and they required email records. Once provided they still would not respond without constant badgering. Don't waste your time.
