Too much rude behavior and less than desirable incidents at this location NOT to provide a review. I can’t have the hanger, but you can stretch the neck out of my turtlenecks?! That’s why I wanted them on the hanger because you don’t know how to remove them from clothing!!!! Need to exchange an item purchased at the Belmont location at this place within an hour time frame and it is inspected and sniffed (I kid you not) like I wore it to the club within 45 minutes! I also believe a comment was made that I was “in the store the day before” yes, yes I was in this empty store buying less than stellar threads because my kids think they’re cute! Ha! I wish I would step foot between them doors. Trust me, the Belmont or even Oakbrook location is far better and has a more hospitable vibe. It’s like the staff is mad you showed up! PLUS, yes, I can have the hangers especially after spending $300 plus…BYE!

They are unprofessional .They ARE SO RUDE(Mexican staff). They just care Mexican customers. ZERO customer service. If you are not Mexican don't go there they will talk to you rudely. I like Discovery clothing store ,but not this location. This location is racist.Zero star

This is one my favorite stores. The customer service at this store is terrible. So this one time my mom bought me flats at this store. The next day I went to go buy some clothes with my brother n I had my heels ? on and I decided to change my shoes which were in my Gucci purse and this one lady whom worked in there said I stole shoes which were already purchased. She is the worse worker there with a attitude. I stopped going there.. I been a customer of this store for 20 years. Sad thing is they seen me everyday shopping here. I don't need to steal I work. I make more then they do a week

Personally I love this store, I go here all the time. It is kind of annoying that they don’t have changing rooms and I often have to go back to exchange or return items tho. Other than that the clothes are reasonably priced and the staff seem nice. I’ve gotten the majority of the clothes in my closet from this store and I love it!

The worst discovery store i ve ever been to , they have the worst customer service , the ladies working there are just chilling with each other aand talking about the guests most of the time in spanish because they tthink people can't understand wht they ''re saying but hell no lots of us are spanish speakers too so be careful next time...when u ask for help no body help u they let u wait for so long they never come they never explain the return policy nd if u wanna return somethin they turn ruuuude and unprofessionnnnal i ve beeen to stores all over usa this one is the worst
