Went here with my roommates to do some laundry. Great experience. The place is smaller than the usual laundromats we've gone to, but that's made up for by the friendly owners and peaceful environment. Plus the place has a bit more seating and is much cleaner than the one that used to be there.Oh, and the prices are reasonable. We'll definitely be coming back here for the chill vibes and good washers.

SHOULD OPEN AT 6:30 AM LIKE OLD OWNER DID,GUESS THEY DON'T CARE, ♤♤♤¤♤♤♤♤♤TODAY IS THE 10TH OF OCTOBER CALLED LAUNDRY MAT TO MAKE SURE THEIR OPEN AT 6:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY MORNING, WELL QUESS WHAT NO THEY WON'T BE ,ALL THAT MARLARKY ABOUT HELPING SENIORS IS ALL B.S. This place is beautiful and a wonderful soace to not only wash your clothes, but to also experience community, culture and learn about non toxic cleaning alternatives. So grateful to experience a space like this and im excited to see how it grows in the future! ??

Honestly, it’s your typical laundromat but there were some key things that ruined the normal experience. They removed the coin machine and replaced it with a person, so now you have to rely on them giving you the correct amount of quarters instead of the automated machine. They only had 2 usable carts, the third was very rusty and clearly not being used. They also only had 1 folding table. Not sure why crucial elements of a laundromat have been either removed or lessened. It just seems unconventional. We didn’t even have room to fold our clothes because the worker and another woman was using it. We also had to wait for an available cart because they were being used. Oh, and the hours are non-conventional for a laundromat. Most places open around 6am for the convenience of the neighborhood, and with them opening at 9am, it just comes off as lazy and shows the lack of dedication the company has to the people of Hyde Park. Most likely will find a different place to do laundry.

I was so happy that it was reopened,been coming here for 13 yrs.I know several people in the Hyde Park area are glad to see it back especially seniors .The staff is so friendly always a good conversation,
