The associate in the store definitely need some customer service training.I called prior to coming to your store asking if you were interested in buying a pair of Jordan for your store. After confirming the model and size, the associate asked me to bring them in with an offer. When I got there, before I had the chance to take out the box, the same person on the phone immediately told me the store was only willing to pay retail which was completely different than “bringing them in with your offer”. What a waste of my time.Basically, you want to make all the $85 profit based on the resell price of the shoes for that model. If that’s the case, you should have said that over the phone and I’d have respected that and make a decision prior to coming all the way to your store. What a waste of everyone’s time.

I downloaded this app just to show the unprofessionalism this store showed. I brought 10 pairs of shoes to sell/consign. The owner chap checks my shoes and we go over the non-negotiable prices. He asked me to fill out my consignment sheet and I ask him to put all of the shoes on the sheet so I can see all of the shoes value. He gets an attitude with me because I requested this. He then tells me my energy is bad and sends on my way. The rudeness I experienced in this place by the store owner himself exhibits bad business. It was a disgrace to see the treatment I was faced with. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. DONT GO HERE

The staff here was very helpful and kind! If you see something you like, always be sure to ask them if they have any other sizes as they have more in the back!In true Chicago fashion, I got a very drippy Harold's Chicken sweater that I can't wait to wear once it gets cold again!

This store is literally scam. I purchased a essential hoodie here for 220$ included tax. However, I found another tag in the hoodie said that it’s from Pacsun and costs 90$. So, I came back and asked for returning but they refused my request and said it’s final sale. I’m totally willing to pay 200$ but it should be a real one not fake one. I also noticed that they don’t let you open the plastic cover to check because they’re afraid that we can find out. Please stay a way from this store and report their business. This scammed business should be shut down soon.

Brought a pair of Yeezy Slides there, They provided a Yeezy shoe box. After wearing shoes a couple of times I realized they were uncomfortable compared to my kids Yeezy. My kid compared them to his and discovered they were fake. He even showed me that they were discoloring. Paid 200.00 for these shoes do not shop here

WARNING ? this place is a scam. All the shoes are obviously reps and very obviously fake. The African workers that work here are straight up scumbags that are on drugs and doing some funky laundry business.. Came with my family and one guy was forming in his mouth with very bad customer service.They limit you to see and try shoes. They should not be in business.

Bought shoes from this store. When I got home I compared them to another pair of the same style and the ones I bought from the store are fake. Tried calling to speak with owner. Never heard back from him after I was left on hold for 20 minutes and the employee too my number and said they would call me back. BE CAREFUL YOU DONT GET SCAMMED. I CALLED NIKE THEY SAID IF A STORE DOENET OFFER A RETURN POLICY OR WARRANTY ON CERTAIN STYLES OF SNEAKERS THEY ARE FAKE.
