Terrible costumer service and lacking professionalism. The strap to one of my purses broke and was sent out in July 2023. I have spoke to 4 different associates and 1 manager (who gave me their number to text the info) and have yet to have a phone call back. They claim they were going to "look into" it And get back to me. It's now Jan 2024 and they have not called me back. I've never had this situation happen before with any of my designer items.

Never answer their phone so don’t bother trying to make an appointment. Customer service is horrible. They profile people based on how you look. I went in after gym to buy gifts and was completely ignored. Some ladies with fake designer were followed around while I waited for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I bet if I was white and wore fake designer, they would have flocked over to me. It was blatant why they ignored me. When I asked for help, the woman said they are all busy. Meanwhile I saw 4 employees just standing around. Finally, after getting someone and spending close to $4000, I asked for an email receipt and the woman never sent it. I went back and she said “I’ll send it now”…still never got it.UPDATE: after writing my review, I was looking at other reviews to see if anyone else has experience like mine. Surprise surprise, most negative reviews related to customer service is from minorities.

After some wait I was attended so so nicely by the store Manger who is fantastic and associate xin xin ( I hope I got the name right ) they were so kind , warm and nice . They were super patient. I saw lot of lady diors to make my mind which color and size I wanted. They dint rush me or force me .

Worst customer service. The women with blonde hair talked very passive aggressively all throughout and when I asked for a new wallet instead of the displayed one at my purchase, she replied with an indifferent attitude, "that's the only one," as in you should just take it, what do you want. My day was irritated after my shopping at Dior. She needs discipline.

I ordered a bag, waited over a month, what I received was not the same as what I saw in the store, as if the bag was used. Dirty and wired. I have called many times and they never answer.
