First place I went to find my dress and tried on 4 dresses and found the one I absolutely loved. They have the best choices, designers, workers, and everything! Do not recommend anyone else 1000000/10 experience!

I had the best experience trying on addresses at Dimitras! Rachael was absolutely fabulous through every step of the process. I first went to try on dresses with my mom & future in-laws. She was so professional, knowledgeable, and fun-we felt like she was part of the group. I loved a few dresses & Rachael reached out to me the next day to see if I wanted to come back and re-try on my few favorites. I went back a few days later by myself, but felt like I was hanging out with a friend with Rachael there to help me. She offered helpful insight & in the end I said yes to the dress. The associates who helped out with measurements were also so professional, kind, & knowledgeable. 10/10 experience at Dimitra’s-I am so happy I found my dress there so I get to keep going back!

I bought my wedding dress from Dimitra’s after a recommendation from friend. Marrissa in sales did great job finding me good options and keeping the vibes positive and light and we landed on a gorgeous dress. I got endless compliments. Alterations were expensive but worth it. Dorina did a fabulous job. My friends and family were raving about how beautiful, unique, and perfectly fitted the dress was. Veil and bustle were fabulous. Yay!

Dimitra's was by far the best bridal shopping experience I had during my visit to Chicago. Not only was the salon beautiful, but my stylist, Macy, was fantastic. As we were nearing the end of my appointment, she begged me to try on a gown I didn't think I'd be interested in. Turns out, that gown was the ONE. I went the rest of the weekend thinking about my experience at Dimitra's/that dress and had to come back to make it mine! I can't thank Macy and the Dimitra's team enough for making my shopping experience so special.

What an amazing experience we had at Dmitra's Bridal Couture, where we purchased my daughter's beautiful Romona Keveza wedding gown. From the first appointment, when my daughter found her dream dress with the assistance of the consultant who made wonderful suggestions, through all the fittings and flawless alterations done by Dorina, the process could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend this truly excellent bridal salon!

Marissa was a pleasure to work with, knew my style immediately after just having met her and found me a perfect dress, with every detail I had described to her. The alterations team was very helpful coming out to discuss with me details I would like to be adjusted if I said yes. The establishment is very clean, and pretty, definitely a classy bridal salon.

I feel I truly lucked out with Rachael at Dimitra’s Bridal - I think I would have bought my second favorite dress from her even if I had a favorite elsewhere haha! She is super sweet, and super helpful! Kudos to Dimitra’s as well for making the experience low to no stress - I got to bring the 4 people I wanted for dress try-ons, and had 3 separate appointments (2 try-ons, and 1 for measurements and officially said yes to the dress!). Additionally, I love that they stuck to my dress budget, offer alterations in-house (not a requirement to use them), and will hold on to my dress when it arrives (I won’t have to pick it up and bring back and forth for alterations). I would highly recommend any bride to go check out Dimitra’s!

I highly recommend Dimitra's Bridal when wedding dress shopping. It was my first stop to try on dresses after being recently engaged and Marissa was INCREDIBLE! She made me feel so comfortable and special and truly made for a great consultant and amazing experience.

This was the best dress shopping experience. I was very impressed. I am newly engaged and didn't know what to expect, but the service was incredible. Francesca was AMAZING. She listened and heard everything I was saying to find me the most beautiful, wedding dress. She made me feel so special and was very attentive. The gowns and selection are amazing as well! 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Francesca is! I came to Chicago for two other bridal appointments, and called over the lunch hour to see if Dimitra’s could squeeze us in the same day. Francesca answered the phone and was able to accommodate our timing. When we arrived, she greeted us at the door and was great at listening to what I was looking for. While I ultimately found my dress elsewhere, Francesca was amazing at hearing what I was looking for and pulling a ton of fantastic options. (I’d filled out questionnaires in advance for the other two bridal salons we ended up visiting that day, and neither of them pulled options as great as Francesca’s!) She was fun, easy to work with, and great at discerning what I was after.I felt like the shop layout left enough space between guests and their parties, and had a good selection of dresses and styles within their advertised price range. As a tall bride, my only suggestion would be for the robes worn between dresses to be slightly longer!

This review is for Macy - we feel so lucky to have been paired with her! She made our experience at Dimitras so special (and shout-out to Fran as well, for warmly joining the dress crew party on our final visit). I visited Dimitras 3 times before pulling the trigger, and Macy was consistently caring, patient, warm, and knowledgeable each time, whether it was just me or with my group. She astutely identified what dress features worked best for me and my petite frame, and was the one who suggested I try on my chosen dress, despite it not standing out on the hanger. I felt like I could be super direct and honest with her, and she went out of her way to order samples that they didn't carry so I could try all my top picks at once. When it came time to order and receive my dress, they were very communicative and flexible since I had to ship my dress to LA. I personally did not feel rushed or pressured, but I do think Macy was instrumental in creating the wonderful experience we had. Make sure you look at their website for the designers they carry and the respective price points (I think they are on the higher end) and I would recommend going during the week if you can. It can get a little busy and cramped on the weekends, but we came in on Friday afternoon for our final visit and it was much calmer! Thank you, Macy!!
