I had a wonderful experience with DHL in chicago. Not only were the service providers very patient, but also some of the kindest souls i’ve met. Maria was the employee who looked after me. She was kind, funny and most of all helpful. We ran into some things which weren’t aligning but with her patience and client care we were able to work together and solve these issues. She had such a customer first approach, and even after we had a little hinder. Greeted the next customer with a big smile. She was great, not only as a worker but as a human.

Driver fraudulently signed my name, and left package in unsecured location, texting me that he did so. I reported it, they called me once or twice, and then closed the case without any results and without terminating him. Absolutely unprofessional. I’ll be leaving reviews everywhere.

The absolute worst. You have to bring a DHL return open so it can be inspected and then taped and then he wants to charge you a dollar for taping. Then I asked for a receipt and he wouldn’t give a receipt and I’m returning an expensive piece of jewelry and how do I know he just doesn’t steal it. I’ll take a photograph of the item so they know it’s been sent back. He said he wouldn’t do it wouldn’t do the transaction. The worst!

I want to categorically commend Mell and Maria for the amazing customer service they provided to me when I sent a package through DHL. Being my first time doing this, I was clueless, worried and unsure if the risk of sending the package was worth it. These amazing ladies took their precious time to walk me through the steps and even provided me with some anticipatory guidance on what to expect once the package arrives. In this day and age where customer service, human decency and respect is lacking in most industries, these ladies are indeed an exemplary model for DHL. Thank you once again Mell and Maria!!!

Absolutely fantastic. I had to ship a package to Paraguay and had felt totally defeated when I walked in a few days ago and it was going to cost $550. I came back today after finding a Mother’s Day discount code. The agent suggested a slightly smaller box and weight after seeing what I needed to ship. We were able to get the most important things into the box. The price came down significantly and I couldn’t be happier with the agent working at the counter (she was also working the first time I walked in). So thank you for your kindness, patience and help in getting an birthday box to my son.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Have yet to have a good experience with DHL not to mention its almost impossible to contact them on the weekend.Edit. Was contacted by customer service and had multiple people looking into my package. It was delivered but just a little late. Thank you for all the help.
