I love State Farm insurance however the Derrick Malone agency is very difficult to get in touch with. They never answer their phone and in order to get services, you have to just pop-up at the office. The hours they post on their website is not accurate. Sometimes I've gone there on regular days during early morning business days and nobody's there.

Great agent and service! Been with his office for decades and wouldn't switch. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. Derrick is consistent with extending each client the same level of service, and concern for their insurance needs.
