The lady at the register should try to smile for once. Poor hospitality for a gift shop, the store and worker should be welcoming and inviting. Bad for business, but clearly you don't need customers

I was here yesterday. The small shop impressed with its assortment of high-quality and charming embroidered dresses. The saleswoman was friendly and smiling, helped with the selection. I sincerely wish you all the best (if I am not mistaken, the saleswoman is Nina, if not, please correct me)
everyone should visit this place

My favorite place when I visit Chicago! Such a big variety of souvenirs that leaves my friends and family always happy. What a gem in the heart of the Ukrainian village! I highly recommend for visiting this amazing gift shop! It feels like home - like Ukraine!

Very pleasant lady who is always helpful. Every time I come and need something - she is there to advise.

very nice cashier, showed me some books and helped me pick out a keychain! yes it may be pricey, but it is expensive enough to run a business in chicago and on top of that import products from ukraine, especially during the current situation there.

The host (the one who proudly claimed that she’s the “original one” from Ukraine) started yelling at me for having “too much of an American” accent when I was asking her in Ukrainian what places my friend and I should visit in the Ukrainian village. Although I work and help with interpreting between languages and I naturally jump between accents, the host was condescending and extremely inappropriate and unwelcoming. For whatever reason, she decided she should give me a lesson and school me like a middle school boy, simply because she didn’t like “how I sound”. Meanwhile, she was standing in the door, making it impossible for me to leave unless she finishes her point (this is something on the level of false imprisonment). This shop isn’t a safe place for Ukrainian refugees since the host has very extreme opinions and shares them loudly. Very disrespectful and disappointing. ZERO customer service skills and ZERO common sense. The nerve some people have is astounding. I will tell all of my friends, clients, and followers to never visit this place.

Horrible annd weird experience. If there was an option for 0 starts I’d give them that .I went there to buy a pin that contains both, Ukrainian and American flags ; after simply asking if they have that item, an extremely rude lady cashier with absolutely zero customer service skills and zero respect stated, that I “do not need that kind of pin because I was “probably not born in US” and suggested other items ?On top of that , all of the items are overpriced .

Bought a cute hand made terra cotta plate from here as well as a Ukrainian flag for our window. Wonderful and friendly staff! Slava Ukraine!

Great selection of Ukranian Easter egg supplies from tools to egg dyes. Great for anything Ukranian from flags to clothing.

Amazing amount of neat clothing, scarves, decorative items, icons, and Ukrainian books—including kids books. I’m glad I visited. Blessings on their vibrant culture, so nicely represented here. Slava Ukraini!!!

Such a cute place and owners are nice. Prices are great too, lower than what I see on online stores.
