Excellent customer service, very friendly, and the job itself was well done. The people at Dayton really took care of us even though we were first-time clients. They treated us like legacy clients instead and so that really made our entire situation much more enjoyable. Plus, they even provided updated text messages on the progress of my vehicle and when it should be complete, so there was no worries at all throughout the whole process. Very transparent. I would definitely recommend Dayton if you are in search of a locally-owned, honest, and thoughtful repair business.

My daughter had her car smashed by stolen car. Dayton got the car in quickly and went over all the damaged areas and what they were going to do. They warned me ahead of time that it could take some time for parts shortage. I received updates often. The process with insurance (State farm) was seamless. I payed my deductable and got the car back good as new. They were great throughout the process in a time when we were so frustrated.Thank you

Glen and his staff are beyond great. My husband and I have taken our cars to Daytons for body repairs for over over 20 years..never want to brag that you've needed auto body repairs so often but each time Dayton has not disappointed. Their body specialists are professional and meticulous. Their office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Glen was upfront with estimated costs and was in constant communication with me during the repairs. I'm always very grateful when the customer service you receive is as good as the repaired to perfection service your car receives! Super knowledgeable, super friendly, makes you feel very comfortable to boot. They handed me my Toyota 4-Runner in pristine condition. Thank you!

Negative reviews?? We've used Dayton for 20 + years & I can't say enough good things about them. From the office staff to the boss, everyone of the folks who work here are friendly & helpful. Each repair is explained so I understand it. No hidden repairs or similar nonsense. Usually done in a reasonable time. One small issue: because they do good work they are busy.

I brought my car in for quote and they told me they would email in one day. I told them I wanted to submit the claim to the insurance company before they had my car to avoid having it a the shop for longer than necessary. They agreed and I thought we had a good plan!Deatails:- I brought my car in Mid June and requested estimate- They would provide a proposal in one day- Schedule to drop my car off 7/6- Called the shop on 6/23 requesting the quote they and they said they emailed already (but they didn't)- Called the shop on 6/25 and the said they emailed the quote again (but they didn't)- Sent email on 6/29 and they emailed me the quote and adjustor had sent me. They then told me I had to pay a fee to get quote for the first timeThis shop just wants to get your car in the shop and keep it there as long as possible. They attempted to bait and switch me what disaster. I had brought another car in about 1.5 years ago and they delivered the car late and had to get my backup sensors fixed at the dealership.
