They do their job well, but the bad thing is that yesterday I went to do some paperwork and the girl who helped me was very despotic, I don't know if she would be in a bad mood oh who knows but I didn't like her way of being, Mr. Davila I hope she gets better Pay attention to that, and tell him to be a little kinder to the clients, the girl's name is Yulibeth, if she doesn't feel well, she would have stayed home ?

I recently visited your establishment to have my passport pictures taken. The customer service I received was very rude and to some point concerning. The individual (Yulibeth)assisting me exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy throughout the interaction. I tried to contact the manager, but wasn’t successful.
It is important for all staff members to remember that their conduct directly reflects on the business and influences the customer experience. I believe that a humble and respectful attitude towards customers is imperative in maintaining a positive reputation for your establishment. Unfortunately, this establishment serves a lot of the Hispanic community and I hate to imagine how they treat the community that they are serving.

Arrived and took a number as per the protocol of the establishment. My spouse was number 55, and I was 56. They had associates playing on their phones and walking around aimlessly. When an associate finally decided to check the waiting area and finally asked if I needed to be seen which I replied "yes I still need to file taxes", she nodded and said "okay" then walked away. No reassurance that someone will see me or that she would take care of me. This place was just so unprofessional. I just left. Their customer service needs major improvement.

Here waiting for a simple paper for a Notary to sign. The ladies eating and infront of the computers and letting people wait. They didn't even said how long would I take or is the Notary is here or nothing. Very rude customer services. Following up, I had to leave and I left super mad !! Waited an hour until the owner or that short guy with glasses said who's next ? And the ladies that were there are a joke they don't even know what the hell they doing. They never told me I needed a number or an appointment or nothing. So the guy with glasses said yes sir you need a number ? I said a NUMBEEEEEER ?????? They never told me they just said seat rite here ??? This place I won't recommend it's like they do what ever they want even eating while people wait.

I have been a client for 3 years and I am very satisfied with their services. I came today and they helped me make a payment to the IRS and they did not charge me. Very good service. I highly recommend them!!!
