Jennifer Zarouchliotis provided exceptional customer service during my recent visit. She assisted with fixing one of my favorite David Yurman rings that I bended during my workout , provided earring backs, and offered valuable care instructions for my existing pieces. Her extensive knowledge and helpful demeanor made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for future jewelry needs. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Randall and his team at the Michigan Avenue store. They were so kind and helpful and even ordered a piece on line for me when they did not have the smaller size. It came in two days and was perfect!!! Such a great experience shopping there.

I'm so appalled by the smug, incredibly offensive sales woman I encountered while here. I have a number of pieces from here. Let's just say I will not be coming back to this location ever again. Unfortunate for me considering it's 2 minutes from my place.

I've been a fan of David Yurman's designs for quite sometime and it was a treat to walk into the Chicago store and see what was on display. We were greeted by the most friendly, Randal. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He showed us pieces that we had asked to see and also gave us ideas of what else was available. I initially walked in the door to help my friend make a decision on a purchase, and the three of us all ended up walking out with a special piece. David Yurman designs are stunning and the store display is like walking into an art museum. Everyone in there was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm already looking for a special occasion so I can treat myself again.

Absolutely infuriating! The auto reply on the phone says this location is open until 7pm on Fridays. I drove for 40 minutes, got there by 5:50 and paid $20 for parking, to locked doors. A woman came came to the door after 6pm, was saying they're closed. I tried to tell her I came a long way and paid for parking, and that they need to change the outgoing message. She didn't open the door, even though it was windy and freezing rain outside. I couldn't hear what she was saying and left extremely frustrated. I've bought a ton of DY jewelry. Very disappointed.

I was in the market for a gold chain, and this location is only allowing one customer in the store at a time and will not take appointments. I will not wait in the cold to spend thousands of dollars on merchandise. The store clerk on the phone said there was nothing they could do. Called Nordstrom and they ordered the exact same chain for me on the spot... lost commission for the David Yurman mag mile location I guess.

I purchased 2 rings here (at a value of over $1500 each), and was told that there would be a wait of several weeks on one of them. It is now 4 months later, and they still have not arrived. No-one at the store returns my calls or answers my emails. It is simply $3000 down the drain. I'm going to have to get my credit card company and the BBB involved at this point.Bottom line: if you insist on shopping here, don't leave the store unless you have your jewelry in hand.

My husband and I have shopped at the Michigan Avenue store several times over the past few years - starting with our engagement/wedding rings. My husband has a size 15.5 ring finger and the sales person (Jennifer Z.) was great to work with, helping us find the options we liked that would work in his size. We continue to return not only because we like the Yurman design, but because of the fantastic service we receive. As a gay couple, we have always felt welcome and Jennifer even wanted to see pictures of our wedding/honeymoon when we returned. The staff is just as accommodating when we stop in just to window shop.

After looking for some time, I decided to visit a Yurman store to make a purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah at this location. She did a wonderful job showing me their pieces and explaining their design. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Hannah for the wonderful experience and for helping me pick up my first DY piece!

I wish I could say I could rate the service here. I walked in with my girlfriend. We waited ten minutes while two people were helping others. During those ten minutes, another person who worked there was standing on her phone ten feet away from us, but I had assumed she was on her break because she hadn't come up to us and she greeted a Potbelly delivery person immediately when they entered. A couple, a man and a woman, then came in, and she immediately walked over and asked what they needed help with, not even three feet from where we were standing and waiting. I'm so thankful that I typically don't feel discriminated against according to my sexual orientation within Chicago, but today felt like blatant discrimination.

Purchased a chain and a charm from them online a while back. I broke the clasp on the chain, and when I went to the store, they wanted to charge me $85 and then take 6 WEEKS to ship the chain out and repair- and with the reliability of the mail these days that's exactly what I want done with my expensive jewelry. You would think a luxury brand like this would have in house repairs on certain days of the week??? Gucci, LV and Rolex all do..... Get with the program Yurman you can charge the prices you do for your products and then not offer timely repairs. I can do it cheaper through a private jeweler. Not to mention the girl on the phone gave zero f*cks, and offered no alternatives.....as a sales person wouldn't you use this as an opportunity to find a replacement???? 100% would not recommend this physical store at all.

I had two yurman earring that were missing the pair ( lost them both while traveling a few years ago) and both were just sitting around unworn. Called the local David Yurman boutique to ask about what can be done and was given two options to either custom make the pairs or to make them into pendants. I chose the later and am so pleased with the results. The designs are classic yurman and came out beautifully with the handiwork. Jennifer was helping me from the drop off to the pickup and she’s amazing. She even helped me pick out a matching chair to wear with and recommended a great length so that they won’t clash with my other pendant. Looking forward to working with the whole staff here, especially Jennifer. They’re consummate professionals.
