I would not recommend this company. My roommate coordinated a maintenance appointment on our apartment's furnace and the rep was very pushy about securing her commitment to replace the furnace, when she let him know we needed to confirm with our landlord first. Our landlord ended up going with another company due to cost and upon notifying the rep, he was extremely rude on the phone - our uber driver could even hear him yelling on the phone. Our landlord had us reach back out to this guy so he could return the furnace parts that he initially took during the appointment. He said sure and we set up a time to meet him at our apartment once we were both home from work (neither of us were comfortable being alone with him after the incident on the phone). He wanted to come sooner but we told him that was the time we would be home from work so we couldn't meet earlier. Strangely and all too coincidentally, our top floor apartment was broken into and burglarized when we arrived back at home. We didn't hear anything from this company as we waited for someone to show up with the parts, and upon calling him he acted very suspicious and did not give us a good reason for him not showing up. to this day we can't know if this company was responsible, but all direct interaction with this company was ridiculous outside of the burglary incident.
