it took over 1 hour to get here through that city traffic. Payed for parking, came up to the door 11:45 and it's closed! Than someone dude opened and told me he can't let me in because he is in the meeting and to come back later? I guess I'm buying online for now on.

Thank yall for helping finding the perfect shoes for riding. Adam and Malic were helping me find the perfect and correct size gear for me. It just sucks that I am unable to fit in the helmets but the shoes were spot on.
Will be back for more gear.

Malik was amazing! I am a passenger (my husband rides) and I was looking for a new helmet after mine was stolen. Dainese is one of few places in the city to buy high quality gear in-store and, though I knew what helmet I wanted, Malik discussed proper sizing with me and helped me identify my correct size. My correct size was not available in-store, but Malik helped me place an online order with ease.
Other shops I called around/visited were unfortunately rather standoffish and judgmental, and didn’t seem to want to help someone who is a female passenger with little knowledge about gear - that was not at ALL the vibe at Dainese and I really appreciate that!! We’ll be back and hope to work with Malik again.

I was looking to upgrade my gear head to toe for the summer.
Roberto and Malik were amazing. They helped me put together the perfect combination of a jacket, pants, boots and gloves. They must have pulled a million items because my fit is a little difficult due to my height.
They were extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. I am safe for summer. Thanks guys!
