Terrible customer service! I was scheduled to receive the flu vaccine. I waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged at the check-in counter, while 2 associates stood around talking. I was told to have a seat at the vaccine cubicle, just to end up having an associate tell me the vaccine wasn’t available, and I have to call around and see who has it. I was already inconvenienced. I have to call different locations to track down the vaccine too?! Just pathetic.

This store is the worst & it gives CVS a bad rep. If a store doesn't have your prescription they will usually order it so you can pick it up. They never received my prescription, probably never put the order in. Plus the drive thru is never open. I switched to a different CVS location.

Every time you come into this location you have to wait. They have no sense of urgency and do not carw how long you've been waiting. Yes I can understand when man power is down due to call ins but that along should make them go even harder to help make sure the customers are satisfied. No one should have to travel outside of the neighborhood because the workers don't want to work. How do you get a job in customer service but gives out the worst service. This is the worst CVS in Chicago
