Don't send your prescription medication to this pharmacy. They wouldn't give me any of my prescription after my doctor had contacted them multiple times to confirm. I had to switch to Walgreens pharmacy and no issues with them.

The Customer Service at CVS was AWESOME! The Staff Members Vivi and Steve were Very Helpful, Pleasant and More than Willing to Assist me locate items.. I was also informed of Discounts to pass on to other Seniors for Savings, The CVS Staff at 63rd & S. Pulaski are Super GREAT! Wonderful Experience! Store is Clean & Organized as well

Pitiful selection of everything in comparison to the CVS prior to construction. &Unless you want to wait for an employee to open a glass cabinet in every other aisle to get what you need, go elsewhere. It’s upsetting how a few people have to ruin it for everyone.

I like the fact that the store has been updated but it would be great to change lower prices and different days to get to use my extra points not through the week days love the fresh fruits and vegetables and juices they sale

I have been going to this CVS for about 7 years, since i moved in a couple blocks away, i have to say, this is the worst CVS i have ever been to by a landslide, i do not recommend going here for any reason whatsoever, the worst pharmacy that has no idea what they’re doing and somehow mess up even the simplest of requests. This is not to even get started on their policies for their “self checkout”, since the self checkout has been introduced they have never treated it like a self checkout, they have usually one old lady running the self checkout, and jesus don’t get me started on that lady, i don’t know her name, i’ve never seen her wearing a nametag, but she has treated me and so many of the customers, and i hate to say it, of hispanic descent with the utmost disrespect, i’ve been accused of stealing and been treated like a criminal so many times, even as a long term frequent customer who has never started the smallest of problems, it’s a horrible place to shop, go to walgreens or something

The pickup line for the pharmacy is halfway through the entire store. Been standing in the same spot for 10 minutes and the line isn't moving. This isn't the first time I've come here and the line and wait is long but this is the absolute worst so I'm writing this review.

It's OK. But their freezer selection of ice cream is sad. Not a fan of their new policy that they have to take your card an pay for your items instead of yourself. They just hold it so what's the point? I dislike how every cvs has to have carpet too.

Very busy location and sometimes the checkout lines be long especially during the evening rush hours, the isles are organized and not too bad at all, employees are okay and try their best to assist when they are not too busy!
