To be clear, the people that work here are wonderful. My 1 star review is aimed at the corporate management who decided they don't care about customer service or providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Instead they opt for cold brutal "efficiency" and don't even let pharmacists answer the phone anymore. Can't pay people to talk to the customer.
What a joke of a "pharmacy" and company. I called trying to ask the pharmacy a question so I do and I get stuck in robot call hell. It wastes my time for at least 5 minutes in menus before I get to the point that I should be able to talk to a human and... nope. I get the privilege to leave a voice mail. Then I get told that maybe, only MAYBE will I receive a call back. That is insane. I will be switching pharmacies. And I don't mean CVS locations. I'm done with this company.

Every time I go shopping at CVS at 4801 N Central it goes very well. I
I would like them to have more staff who speak Spanish but it is not mandatory. And Gain + Aroma Boost Original Scent HE Compatible Liquid Laundry Detergent 46 FL OZ is always out of stock. Thank you

I made an appointment's for my daughter to the clinic. I had the appointment on my phone showing our name and all the info that we booked the appointment. She told us that there must be something wrong with their system because she doesn’t have it on her end. After waiting there for over a half hour she told us she can’t be seen. Didn’t make sense because she said it’s their system that has been acting up all day and that she had this happen to other patients but yet she refuses to see us.

The MinuteClinic doesn't have a sign-in sheet or a check in, nor does it have a receptionist, so you come in, wait "on faith", fingers-crossed they take your insurance, because the call center ppl are CLUELESS. fyi., they don't accept BCBS MMAI, making it a no-go for me.

My mother came to the minute clinic for some advice on what she believes to be strep throat. There was one person in the waiting room with an appointment and they advised her that she had to make an appointment online. She is 70 and barely knows how to text back a friend on her phone, so she is not familiar with this technology. They refused to see her or even try to help her make the appointment online.

Do not go here. The NP was rude and unprofessional. My insurance covers minute clinic and they still charged me $184 after charging my insurance $184 as well. Don't waste your time or money.

They cancelled my prescription incorrectly and cannot reinstate it. Big pharma! Any small company can help customers easily and effectively but large companies loose sight of what is important. I will transfer my prescriptions to Amazon!!
