Great neighborhood CVS. Always there for me (good hours) in a pinch if I need common, everyday items and a few more specialized items like oat milk or various high-end ice creams. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pharmacy with very intelligent pharmacists as well and low wait times. My go-to CVS!

It's a busy location but they messed up my order one time recently sweating I had filled diazepam when they actually gave me diltizam. I know they are close in name but they are both for something different. I had to bring in my bag and receipt it was a bad experience. People at the pharmacy are pretty rude and lack communication, I think that is because they are really busy? Then again I've seen lines like crazy at Walgreens with no issues. I'm bummed that my insurance doesn't cover out of network pharmacies

First, why is the address not given on this map??? My critique is re the store at State & Division. When I call to "speak with a pharmacist," I end up in a continuous repetitive loop, never connecting with a phamacist. This is an extremely serious concern considering drug interations and other issues that one would need a pharmacist's feedback. CVS better be prepared for lawsuits. Hire more pharmacists, and work on your phone stystem. Currently, you are ripe for lawsuits.

Thank goodness for my local CVS! For the small store size they have what I want. I have the choice of a W a block away, but I'll choose CVS every time. Much better staff, better stock, better coupons!

Just tried to do a walk-in flu shot. Which is advertised - the one running it was highly stressed out and was quite rude and we left. Makes me want to move our business. The one running it should go work somewhere else

I phoned for a prescription and asked the woman in pharmacy when I could pick up. She said there's a nationwide shortage on this drug so didn't know when it would be filled -/ it was all over the news. I asked her where it appeared since I do read. She said she didn't know she doesn't read and hung up on me? Normally this is a decent place, but this employee should not be interfacing with customers or be trained to handle customers in a more professional manner.

Last month, I had a poor experience with a cardiologist (that I have since changed) who prescribed a medication to me that interacts with my current meds, yet never gave me a clear explanation as to why I was put on the drug, when there are other similar medications that do not have a history of interacting with the other medications I am on. While picking up the second-month dose of the drugs today, the pharmacist at this CVS location asked how I was feeling and what my symptoms have been since being on the new drug. He explained the medication I was on (in detail) and explained the potential cause of my symptoms. He recommended a new medication for me and said he would be more than happy to speak to the new cardiologist I am meeting with next week about his recommendations. Never have I ever had a pharmacist advocate for me like this. 5/5 stars. Go here!

Why have a MoneyGram service if you don't allow money to be picked up? Stopped by today and the guy says "you gonna have to go to a currency exchange because I just did a deposit." What kind of customer service is that.

Staff are nice, location is very convenient, but that’s about all this store has going for it. Self checkout is nightmarishly over-complicated and takes much longer than you expect. You have to hit about 15 on-screen buttons to complete transaction, and some very basic items (Gatorade, Red Bull) just throw up errors when you scan them.
