I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy store regularly for the past 5+ years, and it has been my go-to all-purpose shopping destination for pretty much for all of my household goods and health product needs due to their nice central proximity and the wide selection of products they carry.
Plus, it’s very helpful that they have late hours, and the fact that they have a solid pharmacy team and offer the MinuteClinic there too (huge help when you are in a pinch and need to go to a walk-in clinic at the last minute).

Pharmacy hours incorrect. Open at 9:00 AM on Fridays, not 8:00 AM.

I had a follow up appointment at 344 W Hubbard to read test results on 10/16/23. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time. No communication from the staff on wait time and no apology from the RN. At the 10 minute mark, I asked the pharmacist about the delay and was told the RN was late that morning. At the 40 minute mark I asked the pharmacist for help because I needed test results read at the 1 hour mark. She told me to go interrupt the appt of another patient, which I pointed out would be unwise for the protection of doctor patient confidentiality. She then agreed to call. 40 minutes later when I finally got in, the RN did not apologize. I asked what caused the delay, and she told me she wasn't getting into other people's business. I was shocked by the poor customer service and lack of communication, acknowledgement, and accountability. 0/5 stars

I like this pharmacy. Never a problem with my prescriptions (unlike at a W. which is often times a disaster). Also a good place to get your basic essentials when quickly needed.

Went in to grab a drink. Price tag said 2 for 5 so I went ahead and grabbed 2 just to find out that I have to have cvs card at the check out. The cashier said “discount only for cvs card holders, you have to go ahead and pay for your items”. Lol corporate money hungry POS.

I purchased (1) Ice Mountain Sping Water and it was so delicious. ? I was however riding on a bicycle for 30 minutes from my ?. My 1st time in chicago and it was a blast.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription two days ago right after getting cancer surgery. There was one worker who looked like she worked there in uniform (white coat, tag) and another man talking to her in the pharmacy who clearly did not look like he worked there (dressed in sweats). I was in extreme pain and looking to just get my medications and go. They continued flirtatious conversation for several minutes before they came and helped me, even though they both saw me come in and stand there. I was the only one in line. The man dressed in sweats finally got to me after several minutes of waiting, looked at me, and threw my medications at me. He only asked for my name, did not ask for birthday, and did not explain how my medications worked. Did not even bother to tell me how much they were. He looked mortified after seeing my surgery scar and didn’t say a single word. Completely unprofessional and made me feel absolutely horrible right after a difficult surgery. I would suggest against this pharmacy if you want to be helped by actual licensed professionals.

Pharmacist went above and beyond what I expected to resolve an issue with getting me a bridge prescription when I was in Chicago and was running out of prescription due to a longer stay the expected. TY
