I only come to this CVS to pick up my prescription. The black male security guard consistently follows me around each time I'm here. Absolutely ridiculous I'm going to change my pharmacy from this location.

Offended + a waste of time. I came to pick up the order and was notified by a guy that a physical ID is needed. I have all info in my cvs account but he didn’t even take a look. I went home and brought the id in afternoon, and wa told by another lady that they don’t need an id to take the order lol. My time is wasted by some kind of bias yet nobody seems to be able to explain. Won’t come to pick up order anymore.

Just minutes away Walgreens on State Street love CVS clean, organize, secure friendly place customer service is excellent food products, electronics, cigarettes, gift cards, perfume and colognes, school supplies and more I highly recommend this place

Charged me two bag fee through online order and the cashier do not know how to refund. Only gave me one bag that I do not even need. And according to the news, CVS started to refund bag fee from 2016 after a lawsuit.

Kruti is the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever spoken to. She wouldn’t fill my prescription unless she spoke to my doctor. My doctor called and she still wouldn’t fill a prescription that I’ve been taking for THE LAST 5 YEARS!

CVS generally sucks. Stores are often dirty and unshelved stock blocks the isles. Few employees to help. Stuff you want is locked up and no one is available to get it for you. Store hours are not honored. I feel sorry for employees that have to work under these conditions.

The pharmacist guy snatched my insurance card yesterday, was very rude talking to me, and continued to cut me off. I checked to see if he put all my prescriptions in, and he didn’t. I’m going up there to get my prescription back and taking it to Walgreens. I won’t ever shop at that CVS or step foot in that place again. CVS just hires anybody these days to have a job; well, you all lost a loyal customer.

Store is as expected but the pharmacy is a mess. Staff is often on lunch or will take up to 4 hours for a routine prescription. Hope they expand their staff.

The lady that assisted me name was Viva. She was AWESOME and went above and beyond the normal assistance. She had such a pleasant disposition and extremely informative. She directed me to the exact isles and also took me to the items I was looking for. I am here from St. Louis, MO for a few days and wish I could take her back with us. I have been a FAITHFUL Walgreens shopper for a long time. That has changed as of today and thanks to Viva. If there are employee awards, recognition or compensation. She deserves to be acknowledged by your company

Very good service, the combination of staff who speak English and Spanish gives you that extra something that is so needed in many places in the north, the concern of their staff so that you can achieve your purchase, money refill or other goals is unique. The truth in this particular store 20 out of 20.
