I challenge you to find a worse CVS than this one. The pharmacists are rude, there’s literally nobody to help on the floor, and they have the most obnoxious things locked up. Batteries? Come on! There is usually only one cashier, and they are always trying to get people to sign up for their savings and rewards plans and holding up the entire line. They must be trying to make a quota or something. I only come here anymore for ice because it’s convenient to where I live. Otherwise I shudder at the thought of having to go in here.

I have been seeing Erick the pharmacist on at least a weekly basis while picking up medications. I have never had an issue with the staff at this location. I called Erick today regarding an issue with a medication coupon. After calling my insurance company and the medication’s company, I was directed to call the pharmacy again. Erick answered the phone and told me there was nothing he could do even though I qualified for the coupon. He was extremely passive aggressive, and accused me of acting inappropriately. I told him I was not upset with him, but at the situation. It wasn’t personal, I just needed his help. He asked me if I thought the way I was acting was appropriate. After that he ended the call before I was finished speaking. I later learned he was the one who was supposed to be making the phone calls to the insurance and medication company, not me. One of the most unprofessional situations I’ve ever dealt with where someone is supposed to be helping me. This is a grown man who makes more money than most with the idea he’s supposed to be helping his customers, not engaging in back and forth and dealing out accusations.

at any given time store is only half stocked and it is not a large store. half of the product they do have is old and faulty. if you do have to come here, check the date on your product. much better off going to any of the walgreens in the area

After calling so many CVS locations in Chicago land-I finally landed in this gem. I was having issues filling my prescription and it was very frustrating. I called just now and spoke with Michael in the pharmacy. He was SO nice and helpful and was able to get everything taken care of in under 5 minutes. I'm going to be switching my prescriptions to this location-such a better customer service experience. Thank you Michael!

It’s always a pleasure going to this CVS pharmacy inside Target ?. The pharmacists and staff are all so friendly and helpful. They show genuine caring and respect for every customer. I’ve been going to CVS as my only pharmacy for over 13 years, since I first moved into the Uptown neighborhood. I’m always treated well and they always remember my name. They all smile and wave when they see me, even if I’m just passing by. I get all my prescriptions from CVS. I trust CVS and its wonderful employees.
