This store does not have baskets or shopping carts for customers to use while shopping in the store. I was appalled! You have to actually carry items around while you shop. For an elderly or disabled person this would be too difficult to imagine. The store clerk was of no help and seemed to care less. Will never shop there again!!!!

Save yourself the headache. Everything is locked up here, which wouldn’t be a problem if you could get an employee to help you. Doesn’t matter if you call for assistance you’ll be waiting 5-10 minutes. God forbid you need anything else behind the glass. They’re clearly under staffed.
P.s. refrigerators were down for months couldn’t even get a cold drink here.
Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens.

Never open on time, fridges have been broken since late last year and smell like spoiled milk, and everything is the store is locked up. The gals working there are always super nice but I feel bad making them run around to unlock things - they’re clearly severely understaffed.I came with a package to drop off for UPS at 7:05, doors were still locked at 7:15. I had to carry my 20 lbs package with me through my hour bus commute to work so I wouldn’t be late. It’s so poorly managed that I’m surprised it’s still open. I used to come here all the time and honestly I just go to family dollar now. People are crazier over there but at least their shelves aren’t locked and their fridges work.

Terrible customer service
I Tried to buy with my OTC card but the cashier didn’t help at all. She was lazy to ask for my ID and look me up in the system even though I told her that was an option. I had to go to a different cvs they were to help me.
