Service is slow, pharmacist deadnames and misgenders me despite legal name change and note in file. Used to accept good rx coupons but arbitrarily decided to discontinue with no warning.

I hate their Pharmacy voicemail system. They don’t call back and you can’t get through to speak with a tech or pharmacist about your medication. This is all CVS not just this one. Great job corporate executives at CVS. Wayyyy to go and make this customer service experience worse.

It is not a good place to shop, the customer service is very bad. and employees act as if they are being asked for something for free. some even give a bad attitude, especially if we use a discount coupon. really bad service ...

I wanted to get my COVID booster and flu vaccine and spent hours trying to figure out where I could go that would accept my type of insurance and Sandy was the only person who was able to help me out in a short amount of time. I could tell the pharmacy was busy at the time but she still took the time to run my insurance and schedule an appointment. Thank you Sandy!

Beware of this store if you have mysophonia, autism, or auditory/ sensory processing issues. The music is so loud that you can't have a conversation. There are constant motion sensor things that repeatedly tell you that you are in the section that you are in and remind you that you are being watched. You have to hear this on top of the club volume music. I had full on swimming ear plugs in and was not able to drown out how loud this was. I had to leave after a few minutes and did not get the things I needed because I was completely overstimulated and felt almost assaulted by the noises. I know places try to deter theft and loitering by turning the music on obnoxiously loud, but this is a whole different level.

I don’t think the girls that work here should be in customer service there’s a world of difference between this cvs and the other ones I have been to if possible I say just go to the Walgreens down the block on Milwaukee or a different cvs if you do have to go here in last resorts stay away from the employees and just go to self check out so they don’t ruin your day with their bad attitudes

Okay so let me start off with the employees at this store are SUPER nice. Very helpful and accommodating. I stopped by to buy some flowers and a balloon for my friends birthday .( I had gone to 4 other stores and no one had helium) I asked one of the employees if they had helium and he said he did which was awesome.The real star of this store experience is the security guard. That woman is ON her job.While I was waiting for the balloon to be filled up there were two females that walked in with masks. Not even 5 min later I see them walking out with a bag full of things and the security guard stopped them. They dropped their bag of stolen items and took off.She didn’t stop impressing me there…the store associates were having trouble with the helium machine and this woman walks over to the associates and saves the day! She filled up my balloon ?.Overall this was a great experience and I will return.Especially since customer safety, great customer service AND loss prevention is the main focus of this store. ❤️ ?
