This store is awful. Let’s have three registers open only with 100 customers and self check out closed. People don’t want to wait, either hire more cashiers or get more self check out. Ridiculous Target has lost all aspect of customer service.

I am extremely satisfied with the overall service provided by the pharmacy technician by the name of Myridian at this pharmacy. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and I felt confident in their abilities to assist me with my healthcare needs. She greeted me warmly and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and their exceptional pharmacy technician to others.

During a recent visit to the pharmacy located in the Peterson Ave Target I had a very rude interaction with a pharmacist. There was an issue with the card reader not accepting HSA/FSA cards and instead of assisting the pharmacist loudly ask if there were funds in my account. This pharmacist was in the back and called to the front while his colleague was attempting to assist me. It felt like racial bias. Why else would a white male pharmacist loudly ask a black female if she had money to pay when he wasn’t even the one assisting me? Rude and unprofessional behavior. No attempts to troubleshoot the read error just insults to the customer.

The most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. For four days now not releasing my medications because none of their pharmacists know what they’re doing. One day they tell me to come pick it up as soon as I show up they told me it’s not available for two more days. Zero empathy. Zero professionalism absolutely rude.

I dropped off a prescription and was told they don't have I'll have to wait after 5 daysthey texted me they have my medication i called to uu ymake sure its there waited 48 minutes no one picked up I waited another hour called again no one answered I have back problems I can hardly walk totally dissatisfied I am definitely going to wallgreens

Awful pharmacy, rude female pharmacist, called at 9 AM on Thursday - was told that the medication wouldn’t be ready until Friday night because that was their “current wait time”. What?!Avoid this location at all costs

Never answer the phone, so I had to visit in person to explain to them that they do take my insurance, only for them to refuse to fill my scripts anyways.

I love this pharmacy so much. I’ve come to this location for a few years and they’ve helped me through all kinds of illnesses, medical procedures, and bizarre medications that I’ve needed. I’ve had a couple instances in which the pharmacists were less than helpful with questions I had about how to take new medications. They seemed rushed and like they just wanted me to move along. Other than that, the staff at this location has done so much for me!

Horrible customer service. The prescription was ready. I forgot my medical card in the car. So I had to run back and get it. When I came back waited in the line for my turn. They said the prescription is not ready you have to wait 40mins. I told them it was ready 5 mins ago in the brown bag. They said well it’s not ready just wait 40mins. Horrible service. Then picked up the same bag and gave it.
