Wanted to use the washroom to pee simply, and I was refused. They don't allow public use, and I offered to buy anything and still no. Walgreens can offer a simple ? human service as to use a washroom and not have to pee on the street like a ?

I love the CVS store near Loyola train station on Sheridan. It has reasonable prices, is fully stocked with everything you need from cosmetics to snacks just to name a few. The customer service is impeccable. The rewards program is AWESOME and ready to use instantly,, just add it to your CVS red card.I highly recommend CVS over Walgreens any day!

The pharmacy staff here are so kind and helpful. Sam in particular was so nice to me especially since I was nervous to pick up a prescription from a new pharmacy. She went out of her way to find me a better discount card on my meds than what I already had. Reviews that label the pharm staff as rude are definitely very outdated and the more recent hires are much more respectful and caring.

I'm waiting on my prescription to be ready and wanted to shop around. Can't do that because I get harassed by an employee asking what I'm looking for, several times, even after saying I was just looking around. Great way to treat your customers, like they're all thieves

I just got off the phone with a woman in the pharmacy. Not helpful, the woman did not let me finish my sentences, cut me off also was not helpful or nice at all. I would not recommend this pharmacy as this is not the first or even third time this has happened. This has happened every time I have gone into the pharmacy except once last year around Christmas.

The item I needed was in stock ( after looking in two other places ) and the cashier reminded me of a 50% savings if I were to buy two…so I did! Happy to have found what I needed, and happy for Sean’s help.

The staff at this Location is AMAZING. Kind helpful and goes beyond to assist. They are Great. The world is a better place with them in it. The kindness is what made my experience so lovely.
