A wonderful intelligent very cool.highly capable staff at.Addison/ Central CVS. I pass up many pharmacies to get here. I drive the distance because this staff goes the extra mile! They're very busy . I try to use simple targeted questions in person if needed & will Google the rest.Thanks again!!

If I were writing this review a year ago, it would have been a solid 1 star review. The store seemed run down and the selection was terrible, but things have changed. I was forced to go here because my insurance uses CVS for its pharmacy. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up some meds. The store had a total makeover. New carpet, a nice food area, an upgrade on the products sold, and (it looks like) new signage. My issue with the store used to be with the condition, in my experience the employees were always nice and that remains true today. Thanks for the upgrade, CVS! Now I don't have to go go out of my way to go to the Lawrence location.

Little pharmacy boy is very disrespectful and has a short temper. Terrible customer service through and through. Slammed the drive thru door at me! Seriously ?! If I didn’t have to call you out on doing your job, you wouldn’t be in such a bad mood. Took them 1+ hour to get my prescription ready even when I called 45 minutes … more like the hour in advance.

Place is always empty. Usually don't see an employee for a while; have walked out before because no one present to perform transaction and got tired of waiting.

First time I visited there was a delivery person with the big cargo waiting outside for the site to open since 7am to load their inventory, he had massive amounts of products outside just waiting for them to open. It was 7:30am and there was absolutely no one at the pharmacy, not a single car in the parking lot, doors shut. Second time I came in the store was super unorganized, items left on the floor, some aisles were blocked with their inventory and to top it off they almost sold me a baby product that was recalled. Thankful for the automated cashier that detected it. It seems like the management is not taking seriously their job. Also the employees looked like they had just woken up, not professional at all. Management needs a wake up call.

Terrible customer service! Rude, mean and very judgmental. Sometimes I feel like they are playing doctors when you are filling your prescriptions by asking questions they have no business asking. Only reason why I stay with them is because of the prescription cost. Treat people with respect because you don’t know what they are dealing with and you have no business to judge when the only job you have is to fill the prescription! That’s it!

Horrible pharmacy. Every single customer has some sort of issue with picking up their prescriptions. Zulema is a very rude and unenthusiastic employee. She also yells out what your prescriptions are for, which I’m sure is illegal. Expect to wait no less than 35 min and up to 2 hours for your prescription. Never coming back here ever ever ever ever again. I wish I could give 0 stars, and -1 stars for Zulema’s customer service in particular.

Very rude pharmacists ,spent 15 minutes on hold and got disconnected and they never called back, so I had to waste 20 more minutes

They had a clearance tag on a braun thermometer and when I went to purchase it, it came up full price. They then said I took it from the wrong spot and took the price off instead of honoring it.
