Outstanding customer services at #8750, 4801 N. Central, Chicago,IL IN JEFFERSON PARK! This location have the BEST employees! Like Shirley who is the nicest, most patient worker! Mary is a good worker as well! And others! This location has the hardest and nicest workers, at one location than larger retail stores.! Great experience on many occasions! Also great Extra Care and coupon savings! 5 STARS

The lady at the counter was so helpful and patient. Need more people like her. I can’t believe I’ve forgotten her name. Next time I’m at CVS, I’ll get the name and make sure i add it to this review.

This is my primary pharmacy. The people here are always quick and efficient, and I rarely if ever have to wait in line. I have also received vaccines here before and had the same quick, efficient service with this too. Thanks for being dependable!

I went into this CVS for a TB test. Now I remember why I never go to CVS; my services were wonderful at the initial test the NP was friendly and informative. I wish I knew her name but I didn't catch it. I went in today for reading of my test, signed in. Waited. Waited. Waited. After about 15 minutes a practioner comes out of Beena Lopez NP office seemingly frazzled. She asked me and another patient if we signed in. I had and the other hadn't. The other goes to sign in and the practioner asks her name and asks when her appointment is and she didn't know. Again the practioner tells her "never mind I'll see you". Mean while I'm all set, ready, and signed in. I inform the woman I have a 10:00 appointment and it's well past at this point. The practioner tells me to come in and to quote her "gimme your license and insurance!" I tell the practioner she's being rude by saying "gimme". And then she backtracks and says, "I said please." My husband interjects and states "you said gimme twice.". She then tells me "whatever!". She asks why I've come in and explain for my TB test results. I show her the arm and she shakes her head and grabs my other arm. I ask what is she doing and she responds looking for the TB test spot. Again I explain what arm it's on and hold out my original arm. At this point I'm voicing I'm uncomfortable. She tells me to be quiet so she can look. And then says she doesn't see anything. I point it out and again she shakes her head and tells me I have to speak to Beena Lopez NP. I explain everything to Beena Lopez NP and she states, "maybe it's my colleagues language barrier". At this point I'm in shock! I said I would have shared the language I speak if it was asked. Then Beena Lopez NP lists questions I answer clear and concise. She then shames me and tells me "You're yelling and can you just speak normal." I'm shocked. At this point I just want to get the hell out but I still don't have my license or insurance card. I explain I'm answering questions, I'd like to have my items returned and she rescans. I ask why my information is being rescanned and it's shared it wasn't before and I explain it has been and I'm concerned about identity theft. Beena Lopez NP gets angry with me sharing and states, "I'm not stealing anything!" I explain I was not saying she was I was concerned just why my information is being scanned repeatedly. Beena Lopez NP and her colleague are awful, rude, and discriminatory!!!!

CVS minute clinics, worse than socialized medicine. Already reticent to come here based on past experience but an open testing appointment brought me here. Admittedly, we went to the wrong CVS 10 minutes away. My mother and I had testing appointments 20 minutes apart so by the time we arrived at this CVS, I had already missed mine. We were 2 minutes past her scheduled time and because of this, the med care assistant refused to see her. She claimed they give "20 minute assessments that take the entire time and that patients will be showing up soon for their appointment". No patients were there, the minute clinic was empty, only staff members that were talking amongst themselves. If these appointments do in fact take 20 minutes, then we were well within the window for my mom's appointment so no other appointments should have overlapped with hers anyways. It was simply a matter of pure laziness, this employee had no desire to render "care". If it takes you 20 minutes to administer a nasal swab that takes seconds, you're doing something wrong. This place is trash, poor quality service with employees that aren't very keen on problem solving. They expect you to show up 15 minutes early, when they don't hold themselves to the same timely standard. Will never be back. CVS is floundering.

Had an appointment. Show up computers are down. Lady is working with IT. Cant give me an estimate and tells me to look for another place. No courtesy call, so we dont waste time and gas. Thanks for the service
