I had a last min order ( Same Day Pick Up ) And The Costumer service was still great 😊 very reasonable . pricing was reasonable as well , I Am VERY VERY PLEASED with my order. Will see me again in the future for more events as well , THANK YOU AGAINNNN !!!!

Well I can’t comment on the service, we was going to go try them out today closing hour is listed as 7pm, so we Fought through traffic hour on a rainy day to the location, arrived before 6pm just to find out they where closed. Hours need to be updated - Not good first impression

Yet my worst experience. I ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday, showed the front lady the design I wanted and size , I emailed to her the name and birthday number the shirt was supposed to have. When I picked the shirt up it had the name and number as the image which was wrong. When addressing to her she said she wasn’t aware even though she pulled up the email and realized it was wrong. I asked for a refund she stated NO only thing she could do was remake the shirt for an additional charge. The lady as well was very unprofessional huffing and puffing while speaking with me. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone .

Let me start by thanking Abraham the owner and his wonderful staff for working with me with my project. Before finding this place I called other places up and their communication and customer service was terrible. I am grateful for finding Custom Print Now and am VERY ECSTATIC with the result of the Flag, design, quality of print left me psyched. I was so excited I purchased a second flag. Needed a quick turnaround on a set of prints on best transfer paper. Only place in the area that was able to print on that for me and they turned it around within an hour of me contacting them. Would happily go back again
