We used Custom Ink to create camp mugs our wedding favors. They turned out beautifully, were exactly what we had envisioned, and were a big hit with our guests. We had a lot of help from Skylar who was awesome and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was also really nice to be able to walk into the storefront and see the item before we had to order. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I had ordered jerseys for my team and everything was great- from the user friendly website to the customer service (Nathalie A) to the follow ups to make sure my order was ok (Claire). Pricing was 20% lower than their competitors and they were really prompt in responding to my questions. I would highly recommend again!

This place is amazing, a little pricey (we had a small order for a bday party) but we'll worth the cost....The staff is exceptionally friendly and equally helpful. The quality of the shirts are top notch and you have a wide selection of Franco to choose from. I made a few calls to other providers before stumbling upon Custom Ink and I'm very happy I found them!

Horrible service.Happen few time that the order was extremely delay of wrong.My last order arrived completely wrong and they blame me for that..They offer a discount in the next order that i definitely not doing... They sent so many emails and they expect that are not misunderstanding during this ridiculous process.. and if you go at the store... they take off any responsibility and blame the production team,,, and they work for the same company....

Very quick turnaround! Per usual, I waited until the last minute but Skylar was very helpful with the process, was patient and collaborated with me on the design! We submitted, I paid for the expedited and it got here sooner than it said it would! The shirt itself was exactly how I envisioned + great quality. Highly recommend Custom Ink!
