Me and my current roommate were new to apartment hunting in chicago and were very nervous & anxious about the whole process. We reached out to agent Dylan Plattwood and he lifted an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders and actually made looking for an apartment very exciting and relaxing. We ended up finding our dream apartment in a few weeks and are moving into it in soon. The company and their agents are great, we highly recommend.

Jeremy, a part of the team, has been amazing throughout our rental journey. He knows Chicago so well, got us set up to see so many of our dream rentals, and was so informative, fun and helpful throughout all of it! We initially started to look for a place to lease back in April by ourselves in Chicago and overtime our experiences were becoming a little bit frustrating. We decided to reach out to this team and I was given the opportunity to work with Dylan to secure a place. As soon as I had our first call with him, I knew that we would be in great hands. With Dylan’s masterful experience, we were able to secure a great place in no time eliminating all the stress that comes with finding a place especially in the Chicago area! I loved my experience with Jeremy Bentevigna so much, I used him twice!
In 2023, I decided to rent out my condo and Jeremy was able to find an amazing tenant within days. When I got an unexpected early termination from that tenant in early 2024, Jeremy found a new qualified tenant in no time. He saved me thousands of dollars!
When I’m ready to sell my condo, I’m definitely calling Jeremy for the job!

Jeremy Bentivegna helped us find our new apartment, and we could not have been happier with his work. He was super professional, responsive, and made things so easy for us by scheduling tours and taking to listing agents for us. We were going to start looking for our apartment in May (for a July move in) and Jeremy ended up finding our dream apartment by April. 10/10 would recommend!

Love love loved working with Jeremy. trying to find a beautiful home was stressful until Jeremy came in! All I had to do was have one conversation with Jeremy and he did all the rest. Kevin was an exceptional partner in our first home purchase! We found Kevin through Zillow and were able to meet him the day we reached out for a property tour. Kevin took the time to help us navigate all the most obscure details of the home buying process and maintained a very close partnership with our lending and legal teams to close our deal in record time (just about two weeks!). As someone who needed to lock in an apt in Chicago ASAP while living out of state and not able to travel for showings, Jeremy Bentivegna and Crystal Tran made the process as easy as possible! Within 24hrs of reaching out Jeremy sent me multiple options to choose from with apt details/price/links to virtual videos to view available units. I then saw Crystal post a unit on instagram, text Jeremy at 5am telling him I wanted it, he responded right away, by the afternoon he was giving me a FaceTime tour. I now have a beautiful apt to look forward to and Jeremy continues to go ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping me get all measurements, etc so I can best plan for the move. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TEAM ENOUGH! <3

I’ve never worked with a real estate agent before so I was kind of unsure about how this would go. But ever since Jeremy first picked up the phone when we called, he’s been personable, receptive to any requests/questions we’ve had, looked out for our best interests, and showed an incredible drive and work ethic to get us a place we would genuinely be happy with.
He’s asked questions that we hadn’t thought of and made suggestions in expanding our search that hadn’t even crossed our minds. It’s clear that he’s extremely knowledgeable about the market. Most importantly though, he seems like a genuinely nice person!
We’ll definitely be working with Jeremy again in the future.
