I am so happy to have chosen Crystal Bride for my dress! C.C. is a star - she listened to my likes, my dislikes, and read between the lines to find exactly what I was looking for. I can’t praise her enough! The selection is out of this world, the care the team takes to paying attention to detail, and their communication and commitment to happiness is evident. My mom got her dress here, and I’m proud to say I have too :)

Over priced dresses! Please don’t spend your money here. They sell many dresses by a catalog. I ordered a dress for my daughter because she was a flower girl. I paid about $175 for this dress. I figured it was expensive because of the lace. When I picked up the dress the dress materials are extremely thin almost see thru. Would not recommend. When I said something about it the owner stated that that’s what I choose. Never again will I personally buy from a catalog and more that once you order it you can’t get your money back. I must rather go to a high end store and purchase better quality and for a cheaper price. Also the zipper was way off and cheap!!!!

Porfavor antes de comprar algo en este lugar revisen los reviews de esta tienda, tiene una falta de profesionalismo, esta persona que trabaja alli o es la dueña no puede trabajar con clientes pues le gusta insultar a las personas. No merecen ganar tanta comisión en el precio exagerado de sus productos que venden, mucho cuidado cuando les digan que le apartan algo pues no le explican que una vez apuntado en su recibo ya no se lo pueden cancelar así les explique que alomejor no lo va a necesitar al momento que lo aparte. Le dicen un precio y después le dan otro mas alto. Cuando compre un vestido exija una crinolina nueva y no la que tienen en los vestidores la cual usan todos para probarse vestidos. pues esa me vendieron a mi a eci dicho. La señora que me atendió me cobró un velo que no necesitaba y como le dije que no me iba ir de la tienda hasta que me regresara el dinero me insultó todo el tiempo hasta que le pregunté por la dueña del establecimiento, me dijo que era una muerta de hambre, que no valía nada y que muchas personas gastan $2000 $3000 dolares y nunca se quejan de los precios y yo como me iba morir de hambre por comprar un velo de $40 dólares, el cual ya había conseguido otro. Esta señora estaba en un ataque de ira, no merece trabajar en ningún lado que tenga que ver servicio al cliente. Todo esto paso con mi hija de 7 años que estaba conmigo en ese momento. Que me preguntaba que estaba pasando y porque la señora me estaba gritando. Todo ese dia no pude probar bocado porque no podia creer lo que me habia pasado y la manera que esta señora me habló. No me voy a cansar de decirle a toda la gente que conozco que no compren en este lugar. Hay otros establecimientos que dan mejor calidad y mejor servicio.

I came here for my 15 in 2016 to buy my glasses, cider bottle, cake knives, rosary, bible, candle, and doll. My colors were navy, white, silver, and gray. The cider bottle and glasses came out beautiful matching my dress and colors beautifully. Only complaint there was they added very strong sticky tack which made the glasses hard to take off the tray the day of. The cake knives were simple with the inscription I wanted but I like simple. The Bible, rosary, and candle I picked out from their selection for baptisms but they personalized it for what I needed. The doll was the best part as it looked exactly like my dress and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place as they were super helpful for the small details of my 15.
