I lost 20.3 lbs and 3% body fat in just six weeks with their six week challenge. Excellent staff, I really enjoyed coming here, and this will now be my regular gym. The fitness coach Jill is just joy to be around every day. Anyone looking to be in control of their health and fitness (perhaps looking for an easy nutrition plan to follow) this is right decision to make. I feel incomplete when I don’t come to this gym for the day. Love coming here and not turning back.

I'm delighted with this place, it's exactly what I was looking for. The attention and dedication of the instructors are excellent. The gym's location and equipment are top-notch, and I've seen results and am eager for more. It's my wish that everyone becomes aware of the importance of physical and mental health.

This place is awesome! I went through the 6 week challenge, and absolutely loved it. The workouts are challenging, and fun. I enjoy the community and coach Jill’s energy. I highly recommend it.

I LOVE IT HERE! I did the 6 week transformation challenge to get my body ready for summer and I really enjoyed it! I love the community here everyone is super nice. The workouts are intense but fun and Coach Jill is THE BEST! She really pushed me to go hard and I feel so much stronger. Watching my progress over the six weeks made me really proud of myself. When I started I struggled to do ONE push-up lol. Drew was really helpful with troubleshooting with me get my nutrition together so that I got the results that I wanted. My six weeks is up but I plan to continue going because I love it so much.

Great place to workout. Straight up and easy to follow workouts and the coaches keep you motivated. Took the 6 week challenge and dropped 16 pounds and 5 % bodyfat. Feeling better than i have in a long time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this gym, especially if you are a beginner. I participated in the 6 week promotional challenge and lost 26 pounds. I am so happy with the support I have gotten from Jill. The challenge really helped me change my eating and lifestyle habits. On top of it being a gym, it is also a really wonderful community of people. It is very inclusive and welcoming. I'm happy with the progress I've made and will continue to make here at the gym.

Just finished my six week challenge and it was awesome ! From the meal plans, full body training, friendly nudges & reminders to the positively infectious atmosphere. Transformation Fitness is the gym fit for you if you want to strengthen not only your physical, but your mental as well. Coach Jill is attentive, fun & engaging; while also there to make sure you meet your goals and keep you aligned to your transformation fitness journey.

Excited to start my transformation six weeks ago, stated I wanted to be a “Beast” again and they made sure I felt that inner power I forgot about. The staff and coach have been nothing but stellar and amazing to making sure I meet all the goals I set. I have seen nothing but great results in six weeks! Now I’m ready for the next six weeks and start to shape my body the way I want it. Let’s get to it.

I went through the six week program with Transformation Fitness. It was great the workouts were fun and challenging. They give a meal plan to motivational text and check in on you. I started at about 220 my six week weight was 208.

Transformation fitness is superb!! A bit of a heavy initial price tag, but absolutely worth the money for the jump start and intensive experience that gets you back in shape and shreddin’ pounds. I really love the coach Jill, she truly makes the gym (and world) a better place — she teaches the majority of the classes and is sassy, funny, tough AND kind. You will adore her. This gym is very woman friendly and the men do not act like macho lunks. There is a real community vibe here and its a lot of fun getting to know everyone. I really love this gym; it has taught me so much about personal fitness! When I started I was lifting 10lbs, now I can do 95lb bench squats. ???

Transformation Fitness was the kick start I needed to get back into healthy eating and exercise. I signed up for their 6 week challenge where I lost 5% BF; I gained muscle and came out looking leaner than I have in years.
