They do not answer the phone so I went to Michigan Ave and Neiman Marcus has all the same stuff but more so you can go there instead!

Don't bother with this place. I don't know why low quality service like this can even exist in this neighborhood. Though friendly in person, I placed two orders at two different times. For each I was told it would take two weeks. For each I had to call a MONTH later, was told there would be dekivery. I had to pick up the first myself. For the second I called multiple times, each of 3 people said it would be delivered, told me the product was in the store - one man yelled at me. Each time they took the delivery address (it's 4 blacks away), each time they said it would be handled the next day. They NEVER reached the recipient even though I have them the number several times. Five times over 3 weeks they said they'd handle it. This whole ordeal was a total of SEVEN WEEKS of calling, being lied to, and finally some rude man yelling at me. This was a gift, it was never delivered, I never received any follow-up, I had to call a number of times and they're always frantic. Unbelievably bad service. Go to Jonathan Adler around the corner where they're professional. This place is a waste of time.

We loved this store. Wonderful collection of household decor with some jewelry. Prices were expected but this is a "high end" venue. Substitute staffer (a milliner) was personable and helpful.

Look no further for gorgeous Christmas accents for your home--or for home decor accents and dining year-round. Got these lovely gifts (one-of-a-kind Santa for Christmas last year, and the lighted Christmas lantern for my Thanksgiving-time birthday this year), and they really complete the room. Stop by and check out all they have, or shop online. You will definitely find things you can't find elsewhere.

I read that Crosell & Co suffered from vandalism and violence in Aug 2020. I am so sorry that happened to your store, you are innocent. I hope and pray for ease and prosperity long into the future for you.Peace on earth

Crosell & Co. is the most beautiful gift and housewares shop in the city. The assortment is dazzling and every time I step foot inside I fall in love with everything! I have visited many times to purchase wedding gifts, housewares, and house warming presents. They have the best assortment of Mackenzie Childs in Chicago and carry other product lines such as Juliska, Michael Aram, Vietri, etc. Diane who owns the shop is absolutely fabulous, has excellent taste, and is wonderful at providing perfect suggestions. If you are looking for something special don't hesitate to stop in and purchase a gift, and treat yourself as well!
