Went on Black Friday to buy the iPhone 12 and a phone case for it at 4015 w Armitage in chicago. The manager Victoria put it together and then 8 days later I noticed there had to be something wrong because it was to difficult to use the volume buttons and the button to make the screen go black. I go back to the store and another worker told me she put the phone case on wrong. He takes the case off and there’s a bunch of scratches on both sides of the phone. I told them they should be responsible for the phone as well because there wouldn’t be any scratches if she put it on correct. They told me there’s nothing they can do. They gave me a wrong # for corporate so I called the # online and they keep giving me the run around and then finally tell me to go back to the store and speak with her and have them on the phone when I do go. All I keep getting is the run around and that’s not how a customer should be treated after spending almost $600 there. I would not recommend going to that location at all and I’m considering changing phone companies myself because apparently cricket don’t value their customers! I’ve been a couatomer with them for over 3 years now and they won’t be getting any more money from me at all!!!
