BEWARE! Javier the employee there put insurance on my phone without asking and then gave me the run around when it came to returning it. The phone came out detective and needed to be exchange or return it. They told me to go to the Apple Store after two hours at the apple store they told me I had to get the exchange or return directly from the store because it would take a few days of trouble shooting and diagnostic to determine whether they can do the exchange so better to return to the store. This has been the worst customer I’ve had at any Cricket Store.

I called ahead to know if I could transfer over my phone and one person transferred me to another, Javier was the second Permian I talked to and told me he could connect my device and also gave me the different options. I let him know I was going to stop by and I did. The process at the store was easy, I got a phone for free for backup and he was able to setup my device. The store has free parking shared with other stores. The place itself has phones and accessories for you to consider. They didn't have the phone I wanted but I got something like it, is got backup so I didn't care much. After my pawing was transferred over from my previous carrier I was able to make calls right away. As for the texts, when I got home I realized I couldn't receive texts so I had to lookup the carrier's website to know how to fix the problem and I did. I wished I didn't need to do this afterwards but I understand is only one time that I needed to do so. So far the service has been good and it's inexpensive.

Honestly i am extremely happy with there service. There is this Young lady Anabel, who helped answer all my questions. I wanted unlimited data and the ability to keep my phone, hands down she helped answer my needs and keep my business running smoothly. So thank you Ms. Anabel for your help, hopefully you dont leave if i should ever need you!
