I had a great experience at this cricket store on 51st and cottage grove there where two sales representatives hers and he’s name was melissa and Jesus that day I had went into purchase a new phone. They were very well trained. Very nice very educated. They answered all my questions. They had patience with me. I am a very pleased with the experience. I will be going back to this store from here on out I have visit other stores before and they have no time or patience to help me so I was very pleased

My aunt, a 75 year old senior, purchased a phone from this store. She was not able to receive calls or make calls. So, she took the phone back (gas to drive there 3 times) . They told her that they were working on the towers in her area. They also had her to purchase another phone.She had a week to return the phone for a "refund". When she took the phone back the second time, she changed her phone out again (with a couple of days left to figure if she was going to be able to access service).A couple days later, when she took the phone back, they wanted her. to upgrade to a more expensive phone. However, she had not yet been able to access service or receive calls (since she got the phone)!When she refused to buy another phone, they gave her a "partial refund" that excluded an "activation service fee" for service that she never had access to. She was basically without service after paying for it for about a week and with no recourse but to take what they dished out!!!They know that they are dealing with seniors, who have limited income and resources to keep running in there (especially within a week's time period). This called predator services. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

I let them know that I would be 1 day late paying my bill and asked would my service be stopped and she said no. 1 or 2 am my service was stopped and my auto payment plan was canceled, I was charged extra money when I payed my bill at 9am, auto pay has not been restarted back up even though I payed my bill 8hrs later that same day. I am so disappointed with Cricket that I may go to boost or metro smh
