Same, Has been by far the best at customer service. If I have any issue with my phone I can go in and she’s more than willing to help. Not only that she will walk you through step by step. If I had to rate her I would rate her a 10/10.

We had a terrible experience. We were waiting in line for around 30 minutes when the store allowed another customer to skip the line without any valid reason. Despite the fact that I was with a person with a disability, the store staff did not pay attention to our situation when we informed them. They just shrugged it off and we had no option but to leave the store.girl was taking personal calls with the speaker on.
